Food was amazing!! I love how tasty and fresh they are. It’s cook to order. It’s cool how you can see your food being cooked. Service was ok nothing special. Prices are very reasonable. They do have free water just ask for cups.

I had fried rice there once, in 2015! It was off the chain! It was so amazing! The egg pieces were burnt, just like how I love eggs to be like! The flavor was amazing! I gave the cook there a 9.5 out of 10! The price of it was reasonable, and the experience made me feel special! Thanks!

If you want to pay $10 for the same ramen you can buy at the grocery store for ¢25, this is the place to go. Eggs rolls were to cry for. The cashier was super nice but the food was not good. There were 5 of us, no one was happy with their food. $70 thrown away pretty much.

My god the food is bad. It is just terribly sweet. Even the hot and spicy chicken is sweet. Left a bad aftertaste and everyone felt a little sick after due to the extreme sweetness of the sauces. There is no service to speak of. Atmosphere is pretty basic.

Late service + bad food for the price, why is the hot and spicy chicken sweet? More rice and very little chicken and vegetables

A full day of shopping requires sustenance and sadly there is not much choice for real food at the factory outlets. Therefore, we were not expecting too much from the limited choices. However, Pan Asian Express was a very pleasant surprise and the food while simple was delicious and service quick and friendly. We very much enjoyed our soup noodles.
Well... i didnt have the chance to try the food out cuz we got kicked out by the old lady who said they were closed. After dining at the mexican restaurant next door, this place was still serving new customers. On the other hand, it was nice to try out delicious burritos and quesadilla.

Placed order for fried rice. Received steamed rice with ver few cut mixed vegetables with tiny egg for $15. Unhealthy and expensive for a bowl or white rice. The cook was rude while ordering. Asked to repeat order and he said he is too stressed and to not stress him by repeating order.

Atmosphere: 4/5 - At the end of the day, this fast-casual restaurant is located inside of the Woodburn Outlets. It's fast-casual nature comes with a minimalistic interior and menu, very much an "enjoy-and-go" vibe. - As with many Asian restaurants, the food is the belle of the ball.Drinks: 5/5 - Rather surprisingly, Pan Asian Express features a deep menu for drinks, including juice, fountain soda, canned drinks, coffee, and tea.Service: 4/5 - During peak Outlet dining hours, it can get quite busy and orders may have longer wait times (10-15 minutes). However, the restaurant is clean and was able to field all my requests (extra hot and teriyaki sauce, additional plates and bowls, etc.). There really aren't any further expectations of service above that.Recommended: Quite honestly, any Teriyaki or Yakisoba dish.I've tried the Hot & Spicy Chicken and Tofu, Chicken Yakisoba, and Teriyaki Beef on various occasions. Generous portions absolutely packed with flavor left me full and satisfied. The meat was also well-cooked and tender. Interestingly, the restaurant also serves hot dogs and fries. A particular shoutout to the Garlic Lover Hot Dog, which comes with grilled chunks of fresh garlic, and a delight to anyone looking for a savory treat. Overall, this place is my go-to during my visits to Woodburn and I've yet to be disappointed.Don't forget to try the house-made hot sauce! For those with spice tolerance, it elevates every dish.

DO NOT EAT HERE.I’ve never had a more uncomfortable experience at a restaurant in my life. Ordered my food and waited 20 minutes… not an issue normally, this food takes time to prepare. But when other customers who ordered the EXACT same thing as me get theirs while I’m waiting it can be aggravating.Having to be somewhere, I asked the person working the register if I can get a refund. He refused, and said it would be out in 20 minutes. After saying that was unacceptable, magically the time to wait went down to 10 minutes. After asking once more for a refund, he flat out refused and said the food would be ready shortly.I refuse to eat food from a restaurant after complaining because I know exactly what can happen in the kitchen to peoples food who complain. Refusing a refund is poor business practice. Especially considering no food was even prepared…
