Sat in drive thru like 20 minutes and they still hadn’t brought out our microwave Mac n cheese and sandwich. The girl microwaving our food kept looking at it, brought it around back because she seen us watching her, came back around front and showed her co workers, one co worker brought it around back again where we couldn’t see. So gross! Still sat another 5 mins cuz I was gunna ask for our money back but they wouldn’t come to the window. Very gross!!

They were out of 2 different types of breads that were what was supposed to come with our meals. Most of the options they gave us for replacement were also an upcharge which doesn't seem right to me, you're out of what I'm ordering, providing an alternative shouldn't cost extra. We also got 2 meals and waited nearly 20 minutes for our food.

I ordered two soups because they had NO bread. They gave me one soup and a giant salad????? They took forever to get me my food. If there was any reason I couldn’t get one soup I would have been more than happy to substitute. They were too focused on closing and not the cars in line. The cashier also said something weird to me after dropping my card and the magstrip getting deactivated ??

Tables dont get cleaned. I had to get a napkin and wipe it myself. My favorite pizza was missing from the menu and what got instead didn't taste good. Will avoid this location. Tualatin's Panera is somuch better.

I paid for a full salad and got a half. Not worth the effort of driving back and asking them to fix

I love coming here for the Asiago bagel sandwich. Panera is a bit on the expensive side, so I only come here when I want a bagel or soup. Service is a bit slow but staff has always been friendly and the restaurant has always been clean.

Food is always as described and they haven't messed up an order in the year that I've been going. The staff tries their best. It's a busy location being next to the mall but they manage to pump out orders in a reasonable time. I recommend calling in orders as wait times in the line via the drive through can be longer. I haven't been inside much but the ambiance is clean and professional.

I have sip club and visit here often, staff is generally very nice and polite. Only thing holding back that 5th star is the speed. If there are 3 cars in line, go inside. You will be waiting in line for 20-25 mins easily.
