Highly recommend food is great and reasonably priced, always very tasty but the absolute best part about this place is the staff. They are all very friendly and customer oriented. Especially Jesiree. From his endearing smile to his delightful laugh, this young man went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction and guarantee our return.

Every other time I order from this place it's like throwing money into the trash. Quality is very hit and miss. There have been times i've ordered and its been great, other times bad.The reason ive finally decided to submit a 1 star is because Dec. 9th was the last straw. Our order was over $57 (A Taco Pizza, A veggie lovers with extra mushroom and donut bites and 2 20oz sodas.) The order arrived a full 33 minutes late from the projected delivery time. When i called to see where it was, the manager had to figure out if it was DoorDash (Really? Thats another topic of business behavior I wont even touch here.) or their driver. It was their driver.When the order finally arrived it was missing the 2 drinks we ordered and every single thing in it was stone cold and stale, with the lettuce on the taco pizza basically turning into slime, the veggie lovers was very lazily put together and of-course was missing the extra mushrooms and finally the donut bites were actually burnt to a crisp as well as being cold.Whoever the franchise owner is of this place (and a lot of other franchises in Woodburn) seriously needs to start taking a more active role in Quality Control.

Worst delivery service! No delivery drivers available. They rely on door dash service which is the worst! Over 25 minutes late and no phonecall or update. Manager was clueless, ignorant or just plain dumb! Pizza wasn't bad. I had to pick it up and supposedly have a 15% Discount that they don't offer any other way except for through word of mouth. When I arrived, there was 1 delivery car driving in with his kid and another just sitting there in the parking lot. Your better off picking it up yourself or just don't order from them.
This one star is specifically towards the phone ordering or support, Holy cow I was waiting on hold for almost 15 minutes before I gave up, the food however is good but the phone service people are absolutely horrendous if anything ordering straight in the store is easier than the phone

It's the first time at pizza hut that they don't have pan pizza only if you buy a large so I'm going to Abby's where there pizza is a lot better

I never write reviews at all but this time I just have to Today I ordered a pizza and a chocolate chip cookie and when I arrived they lost my order somehow and said they would make a new one I was fine with they told me to wait at the drive through or if another car comes behind to park at the front and they would bring my order to my car (Important) so I waited 15 minutes nothing then waited 30 minutes still nothing it was up until almost an hour goes by I finally go inside and they had it ready the whole time and they just didn't say anything I was parked right in front of their window so they could clearly see me waiting so if Pizza Hut ever forgets your order and has to make you wait up front just stay at the drive through because they will forget and give you false actions
