I wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt, and try to give it a second chance. Last time I went with my family we waited 40 minutes to get our food. This time we were not greeted by anyone at the entrance, so we sat at a table. 20 minutes had passed, and the only waiter they had noticed us. He gave us the menu, then proceeded to tell me I didn't let him know I was sitting there. Didn't even greet us. Didn't offer us any water at least. I am very disappointed because even then we sat there for 30 more minutes. My kids were starving so we took off. He completely ignored us. Very unsatisfied! I understand that you guys are probably understaffed, but the way we were approached is not how people should be treated.

Heard under new management. Ordered the 2 by 2 breakfast. I enjoyed the crispy bacon and the over easy eggs. And the nice cup of coffee. Medium amount of customers. Service was excellent pleasant. Suggest you stop by and give Shari's a try.
Anyone that lives locally knows that this location has a rough go of it for the last year . We came in today to give it another try and see that they are providing friendly customer service, timely food service and a good tasting meal . We will become regulars again :)

Went here with my kids. We ordered Shirley temples and got iced tea and lemonade mixes. Then, after a 45 minute wait, we got cold food and one of the kids meals was missing. My 3 year old didn't get food! No refills on water, the cheese was rotten, and I told my kids to stop eating for fear they would get sick. Do NOT go here.
