So, I ordered online, right? And guess what? They lost my order! Can you believe that? I had to wait for like 30 minutes, and then they finally started making it. What a joke!
The staff is not good. They do not wash their hand before serving the food. Very poor service.

Let me attempt to recreate my experience for you. Nearly pop my tires getting through the parking lot to the drive thru. Pull up to the order station and wait for about 3 minutes. Finally someone who sounds like I just woke them up says "Yeah?" I ask for 2 burritos and some hot sauce. Person asks if I want any sauce. "Um yeah hot sauce please" I say. More silence. After awhile I figure I should pull up to the window. The window opens and the person in the window stares at me. I hand over my debit card. "Sauce?" they say. "Yes please, some hot sauce." I say. They disappear with my card and in a couple minutes someone else reappears with my card and receipt and ask if I want any sauce. "Yes please, hot sauce." Person 2 disappears and person 1 reappears and asks if I want any sauce. "Yes please, hot." Person 1 disappears and about 2 minutes later reappears with a bag of food. I say thank you and person 1 stares at me like I'm an octopus driving a car and says nothing. I drive away. One of the burritos is wrong. There is no sauce in the bag.

Alright since being up here in Oregon the Woodburn Taco Bell location is by far the BEST !! I was losing hope for the flavor up here but woodburn knocked it out of the field today.. Guess we’re traveling here when we want Taco Bell.. Usually the tacos at most locations are just thrown together but not this location they took their time and service was still speedy if you’re in the area and want Taco Bell hit this location up 5 stars !!

The employee that helped me was just a peach. But I got a beefy 5-layer burrito with jalapeños in it.. and I swear it tasted like cat food ?Don't understand it. Other than that, only one person is going to the back to use the bathroom at a time and it's just like every other Taco BellVegetarian options: Have a couple options ticked away over vegetarian. Wouldn't say you'd get vegan here thoughDietary restrictions: Every thing is made to orderParking: Lots of parking that is hardly every fullKid-friendliness: Ya know, kids can comeWheelchair accessibility: Single level, no stairs
They have messed up my order 3 times now. And I get up to the window and there are about 3 hispanic women working the window and they finish their conversation in spanish and then attend to me. And my order was still wrong!!Most of the other window people are very nice.
For the the fast food restaurant it's a place to eat and the whole time I was sitting in the parking lot I didn't get bothered One Time by the employees asking what I'm doing thereParking: The parking lot is a big place no security nobody bothered me the whole time I was sitting there waiting for my friends to never went inside to eat food but the parking lot is a great place to hang out
