“had dinner with family tonight. My Po-Boy was outstanding. I appreciated the fries which were crispy (I prefer fries which break when folded) We also had fried shrimp, and a shrimp/clam platter. We left very satisfied, and hope to come back some time“

“I tried this place several times with family. Very good vibe. I had the fried shrimp basket with sweet potato fries. The shrimp were a little too salty and they really load you up with fries. I wish they would give you more shrimp with less seasoning but I understand.“

“For a fast food seafood restaurant this place is legit good. The only thing I have tried I didn't like is the Mac n cheese. The fries and sweet potato fries are delicious. My favorite thing to order is the shrimp boil with broccoli. The broccoli is absolutely delicious and much healthier than ordering fries. The shrimp is always fresh and some of the best I've ever had. I've The prices are extremely reasonable.“

“I just moved to the area and was looking for some breakfast. This was the only spot open close to me on a Sunday. Wow. But I admit, the food was spot on. I can tell this place most likely boomed before the pandemic but the orders and pickups were still coming in. The sweetheart at the counter when I came in had a very thick accent so I couldn't understand him at first. Other than that my experience and food was great. I'll definitely be back. My daughter also loved the silver dollar pancakes with powdered sugar.“

“I came upon another "KKC" Fried Chicken establishment, this time inside of a Sunoco Gas Station in Southwest Philly. Krispy Krunchy Chicken is a quick serv fresh fried chicken franchise. I've found their chicken portions are way bigger with less breading than a Popeyes. Their chicken only comes in one flavor which has a little bit of spicy kick.The staff at the store was nice and quick to help me out. I've always gone with their tenders which have always been pretty fresh and tasty. The biscuits are decent and the wings they had out looked delicious. I'll have to give them a try next visit. They have an open air cooler for cold chicken meals to go. The manager told me that they sell well on EBT. The sides they offered looked decent, mac and cheese, jumbalaya (i've had before it's good) and mashed potato's (not as good as popeyes, but ok). The manager was in the store so he gave me a quick run down. They receive the chicken in fresh - white meat, dark meat so wings, breasts, thighs etc. and prepare it all in the back - from flour and seasoning to frying it and then putting it out in a warmer. Looked like a quick and efficient setup, kept clean by the staff. The gas prices at this Sunoco are always the lowest and the manager told me they have grubhub and Ubereats available. Not the best neighborhood, but the chicken was good!“

“I really enjoy the food, the service is quick and the staff is friendly!Parking: There's a huge parking lot across from the restaurant in the plaza and a couple of parking spaces right in front. Parking isn't an issue!Kid-friendliness: On several occasions I've seen families dining in with their children and they looked really comfortable. This place is totally kid friendly!“

“The only thing I would have changed was the spice level on my seafood boil. However, everything was absolutely delicious. I got Combo A and added sausage. It was so much food and the price was very reasonable. The boil actually fed me two times.“
