Used to be my go to place. Got takeout and it was ready fast got home. My burrito ( double wrapped)was barely the size of my fire TV remote and my wife’s bowl was depressing. I know chipotles been getting a bad rep lately and always give them the benefit of the doubt but today I understand why they’re getting that rep. I barely complain about things like this but they need to do a little better.

After giving me the most insulting scoop of rice and beans I’d ever seen I go back to ask for another scoop of rice and they charged me an extra 1.60 for it and said they were very strict with their rules and it’s company policy. I could’ve got double chicken! absolutely ridiculous.

I did not make it to the line. There was one person in line and no one sitting at the tables. ALL of the tables were dirty as in food on them! The cleanliness of the counter at the line and the overall professionalism is lacking. Someone needs to conduct an inspection. On the way out the windows and floors were dirty. I usually don’t write reviews but this was upsetting to see.

Food was cold, black hair on outside of package. Not appetizing.... I question cleanliness of this place. Makes me turned off from Chipotle.

They are stingy with the food. Skimpy portions. I’m about to go home and cook some brown rice, to add to this chipotle bowl in order to complete my portion. So not only did I pay for food, I have to cook as well. Smh

I am done with this place. I ordered a bowl and got a half bowl for full price. The rice, beans and chicken was spimpy and then was loaded up with salsa and corn...it was just a mess. They were playing some loud music (tribe called quest). Just not an atmosphere for a quiet lunch. I won't return.

I recently visited the Chipotle and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Firstly, my friend wanted to order a quesadilla, but we she was informed that it could only be ordered through the app because making it in-store would hold up the line. This seemed like an unnecessary inconvenience, especially since you COULD order a child’s quesadilla in person.When I slid my cup of iced tea down to put sugar in it, I only found Sweet ‘N Low. I asked for sugar, I was told that they only had Sweet 'N Low.I must also mention the cleanliness problems at this location. During my visit, I noticed that all of the trash cans were full, which is not only unsightly but also unhygienic.Furthermore, both the indoor and outdoor dining areas were not clean. Tables were dirty, and there were visible spills that hadn't been attended to. This lack of cleanliness detracted significantly from the overall dining experience and made me question the restaurant's standards of hygiene and maintenance.In addition to everything above, there were no napkins, I had to ask for them.Overall, the lack of flexibility, basic amenities like napkins and sugar made this dining experience less than enjoyable. I hope the restaurant can address these issues to improve customer satisfaction in the future.As someone who was a shift manager at a restaurant many years ago, I highly recommend stocking up the beverage/condiment counter and changing trash cans right before dinner to prevent some of this. There should also be someone assigned to periodically check the dining area throughout the busy times.

Services was not good at all, they were out of multiple ingredients and would not even bother to to ask how long it may take for it to come out. Along with that the interior floors were very dirty. As seen in the picture the outside store front was a mess full of garbage too. The only employee who was helpful was the cashier. My bowl was not up to my usual expectations.

Please refer to photo. Paid $29 for this after delivery. A salad with 2X meat and extra shredded cheese. Feel free to enlarge to get the full effect. Unfortunately, I wish I could say this was the first time from this location, but it’s has been every single time. Please drive by and go to one further away that actually cares and has employees that can do their job appropriately. This wasn’t enough to feed a 3 year old.

Fire that management and get someone who let the employees to put fair portions. Moreover they charged for all the extra sides like sour cream, or beans, THEY CHARGED $7 for the SIDES!! It’s a kids meal, it should be $5, not $12. Cheese in my quesadilla has’t melted at all they already put it in the bag. My wife says beans were dry as a dog feces ? At least we can still laugh about our $20 kids meals, but for those who never been at this location — AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS.

I just bought food here, and the customer service was terrible. refused to accept my Chipotle incentives. Within the point system, I was supposed to receive chips and gauc for free. I couldn't use it, they said. Not even the Manager could help. They also made my child's quesdilla without melting the cheese. They did not even turn on the heat press; they just put a tortilla and some cheese inside. Won't be returning to this location till their entire team is fixed.
