Haven’t had a Lees Hoagie since pandemic. So disappointed in the reduced portion of meat and cheese and size of a 1/2 hoagie. Still hungry when we left. Better sandwiches at Primo or Wawa unfortunately.

I ordered on Doordash and called Lee’s afterwards to confirm my order because they messed up last time and gave me two 9 inch cheesesteaks, instead of two 18 inches like I ordered. The woman hung up on me and I am pretty sure it was the manager/owner (the asian woman). She told me it didn’t say 18 inches for one of them. When I asked her to check her system she refused and hung up on me. From a legal perspective this was so unprofessional. I have been a customer here for many years my entire firm has given this place money and for her to hang up on me as if I wasn’t a paying customer is ridiculous. Attached is the order that is now canceled because I will never give this place my money again and I will make sure my entire firm that carries over 300 staff members won’t either. Attached shows both were 18 inch cheesesteaks. I also will be posting about this place to my 2.9 million followers. 18 inch in the beginning on the one cheesesteak and the other cheesesteak says 18 inch at the end of it. If you don’t like your job quit, because now you’re going to get the wrong attention to your business.

Lees Hogies are deliciously outstanding. The bread is fresh along with all other ingredients. Love the red peppers. My family come from Michigan & Puerto Rico to from your hogie shop because everything is delicious. Lee's Hogie we love you!I also bought them at a church event, and they love you. 2 thumbs up for your restaurant!!!!!!!. Thank you.

The cheesesteaks are good here- sometimes they use a seeded roll that is really good and sometimes they don’t- we wish they’d use the seeded roll all the time. Otherwise it is so good!

The food is great and always has been. Been coming here for years. The inside is really cozy too since they did the big remodel. My orders are always done in a flash when I call in a pickup. They have a really solid menu. Never gotten something here I didn't like. I'm a huge fan of their Italian Hoagies on a seeded roll. Delicious. The portions are fair too and they don't lie about roll sizes.My only gripe with this place is sometimes the people taking orders on the phone can be straight up miserable. "Why are you bothering me" type of attitude. I'm not asking for the person to grovel at my feet when I call and give me a reach around for giving them business, but the people who answer phones should be slightly more friendly. Frankly it seems business is kinda slow at Lee's in the last couple years. They would stand to benefit from being nicer to customers.Parking: Small lot that surrounds the buildingKid-friendliness: TVs inside with kid friendly stuff on. Lots of families eating here.

OMG so disappointed I just had the worst hoagie ever! I’ve been going to Lee’s for 30+ years started at Cheltenham and this was the 1st time I had a negative experience! The roll was hard and crumbled when I bite it, no seasoning nor the hot pepper spread I asked for, and was poorly wrapped, bc oil dripped from hoagie into the bag. I had a hoagie from Norriton last week and the quality was good but I will NEVER go to this location again and it doesn’t live up to the Lee’s reputation.

The last 2 times I went there the hoagie rolls were hard on the outside...stale. Very disappointed.
The sandwich didnt taste the same. It was bland. The cheese tasted strange.

I'm posting this in hopes the business will respond. Ordered three things and i had to call to ask where the food was. No big deal. Food finally arrived. I ordered a grilled chicken wrap that was supposed to come with lettuce and tomato and honey mustard. I asked for the HM on the side.When it arrived I got a ton of dry chicken in a wrap that didn't have anything else in it. Please see photo. Highly disappointed that I spent my money on this.

The food is delicious. I love their fries and mozzarella sticks, and their meatball subs are great. The service is nice and everyone tends to have a good attitude. The place has a few messy spots here and there but no one's perfect. The place is overall pretty clean.
