Good was fairly priced for brisket sandwich and qtr rack ribs from the food trailer outside Shady Maple! No real seasoning but smoke ... no real bark but brisket was tender and ribs falling off bone which in my opinion as a KCBS judge was overcooked. Not a lot of great BBQ in the area so better than no BbQ at all.. Service was quick and friendly but my last few stops were Snows, Franklins, and Lockhart Tx. My boyfriend and I stopped by on Saturday, November 4, 2023. The food was out of this world! We live about 40 minutes away but I will be making the drive regularly to enjoy the beef brisket again and again! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!
