I give credit where credit is due - the food here always delivers. When i want McDonald’s, I don’t expect something gourmet. Something quick, and good. I mix up what i get often and can say the food has always been good. Some of the staff is phenomenal. The other half just seems eh. Sometimes rude, or snappy. I eat here often and will continue.Parking: Plenty of spots, just in awkward location.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. Just watch for cars.
Albion has a really great McDonald's with an even better staff.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. Fries are always cold. McChicken is always old and soggy. Staff makes it seem like you're bothering them with a $5 order this place was better 4 years ago. Best to get some new staff and management.

Every time I order sausage egg and cheese biscuit they give me sausage and cheese biscuit. This last time they wouldn't exchange it to what I actually ordered. They wanted me to reorder and charge me again. After arguing with us they just gave us the eggs to fix the sandwich ourselves. Normally I'd be ok with that but they were rude and I could hear the girl saying that it wasn't her fault and that's not how I ordered it. The two girls where rude and unprofessional.

Came in and orders two double cheeseburgers and two chicken sandwiches and a 4 piece chicken nugget and medium fries and a pie and sat there waiting for my food for 20 minutes and when I got up to ask why it was taking so long they said they messed up my order and where redoing the order. So instead of communicating with the customer to let me know this they let me sit there for 20 minutes and once I got my food I got home and my chicken nuggets for a kid where not even in there. Unbelievable and disappointing. Seen more kids in the back just walking around not doing anything instead of their actual job which is not very hard.

I got food poisoning last time I ate here so from now on I'll be avoiding.
Service was slow, we were missing items in our order, and staff really didn't seem to care much about what they were doing. Typical McDonald's these days....for the amount you pay for a family of 4 to stop for a "quick bite" ($40+) you'd think the service and food preparation would be a little better.

Kids has headphones on listening to music while people at the counter waiting for service ,long hair hanging out,a lot of facial piercings that can fall in your food ,orders messed up nothing on hand and ready like apple pies food isn't hot not a place to go poor leadership quality there girls standing around talking far to much while people waiting for service
