I never been to a Arby’s before . On Uranus we have none Arby . I wanted a hot dog but they have no .. so got roast beef sand witch and pretty good , I like meat . On Uranus all we have are potatoes . I think me and my alien friend will stay on this earth because we love Arbie and Barbie ! Even though we don’t like humans we will stay a little longer for Arby roast befff .. thank you earthlings ✌️?Wheelchair accessibility: No where to park spaceship ?

The woman who served us was very sweet and the food was less than ok.. Soda was mostly seltzer, and if I didn't have good balance I would have ended up on the floor because my seat was broken.

I don't know what happened to the restaurant at this location. The soda machine was out of order only Lemonade & Ice Tea. Lemonade was terrible! The worst I have ever had. The employee at the drive-thru talked so fast you couldn't understand her. Then after placing a order for a classic roast beef meal and the brisket sandwich meal we waited over 15mins! There was nobody there! When we arrived home we unwrapped the sandwiches to find they were tossed sloppily into the wrappers the classic looked like it was rolled in sauce. The brisket meat was dry & covered in sauce inside and out. The curly fries were the usual. We through out the sandwiches. We won't be returning to the Arby's at this location. Service terrible and food was prepared and wrapped terribly! I don't recommend this location.

Terrible...this location went down hill. I used to go for lunch sometimes at work... hadn't been there for a while. I had a great coupon to use and the staff just could not figure out how to use it, so I just told them to forget about it, and I paid full price. Food was nasty. Roll was hard as a rock, barely anything inside, sauce overflowing all over, what a mess! FF were gross. Could tell the oil wasn't changed for way too long..and the stench in the place was overpowering. I had to change my clothes and shower immediately after returning home. My whole family could smell the foul odor in my clothes. Will never go back to that place. Shame because I normally enjoy going to this place.

This Arby's use to be our favorite fast food restaurant (Airport rd. Allentown, PA). It seems the food has gone downhill a bit over the past few years. Not to mention, the prices are getting to where we just cook at home more often.Staff is always friendly and helpful.
