I went into this establishment yesterday and before I did I seen someone walk out of the store and onto the side of the building to smoke or something. While I was inside placing my order this young lady then walked around the counter with street clothes on and started making my order without washing her hands and then had an attitude when I asked her to wash them. Not to mention the donuts that she retrieved to make my order, she placed them back onto the rack. I'm never going back!

Latte machine wasn’t working, so they gave me a frozen coffee instead without telling me after I ordered. Also missing my bacon crusant. Will not be visiting this location again.

This Dunkin' Donuts is by far the worst business establishment that I have ever been to. There were 4 people working and while 1 girl was alone at the front the other three were in the back room yelling and arguing with each other. It was so unprofessional. I waited 15 minutes for 1 sandwich because these ladies were too preoccupied with yelling at each other than doing their jobs. My boyfriend ordered 5 plain bagels, and it still took 15 minutes for her to put 5 bagels in a bag and hand it to them. They had a line of people waiting including an elderly man because 4 people weren't doing their job. Absolutely ridiculous.

just to make management aware, and i will call to notify them as well, i drove up at 10:45pm on 3/4/20 and found the doors already locked and the two women closing up :') all the signs (on the door, yelp, iMaps) every outlet says 11pm. i am in food service myself, and we don't close early! who knows how much earlier they had closed, but for business purposes and my craving for a late night coolatta, don't leave those 2 females alone to close! they're losing you money by choosing to close early for their own benefit. plus by the rest of the yelp reviews, i'm thinking you should hire some new people anyways. if you're customers aren't happy, the employees are more than likely the ones who made them unhappy.

the employees are ridiculously SLOW, they move like a sloth. Customers were leaving due to the long wait. The younger girl employees talk and laugh among themselves, completely ignoring the long lines in the lobby and the pissed off patrons, and the manager did not say anything to her employees. I witnessed the employees being very rude and snip at customers... again the manager did nothing. Corporate office of Dunkin needs to come in and remove these employees, and get a manager who MANAGES her staff. This is the worst Dunkin I ever came across. I waited 10 minutes with my kids and never gave my order, because the customers were ignored by the employees who were in their own world laughing and talking to each other, while the customers talked amongst themselves saying this happens EVERY morning, stating it takes forever to get your food. My teenage kids tell me this is how the workers are every morning, they make you wait 10 minutes....this is ridiculous. I left and went to work. I will avoid this location at all costs now. The owners of this location need to CHANGE OUT THEIR STAFF

The employees here are VERY slow. One morning I was in there for 15 minutes just waiting for 10 munchkins and a bagel! The girl getting my bagel was moving sooo slow....How is that acceptable for a fast food place in the AM when people have to get to work? I'll stop at a different Dunkin from now on.

I rarely post bad reviews. But the staff at this location move like sloths. 8 People were leaving before me, myself and my kids left thereafter. We stood in line for 5 minutes, nobody was served. My teenage kids state every morning the Duncan staff at this location are this slow, all they do is talk and laugh among eachother (this I witnessed). I can't believe that the management allows this. 11 people walked out in the 5 minutes I was there due to slowness. Also, there is one female employee who is rude to the customers. This needs to be addressed, remove the crappy staff and get staff that move quickly WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE so you can get more business. I will be reaching out to the owners to find out why their morning staff is dreadful at this location.

I get really aggravated when you pay so much for donuts in these places and you wish you had purchased them at a grocery store where you could handle them and tell if they are stale and not buy. 2 out of 12 donuts were fresh in my batch when I got home. Was very disappointing and there isn't enough coffee in the world to fix that disappointment.

I attend this location often. Just want to say that all the employees are always a professional and a pleasure to deal with. Their manager is always nice as well!

Rude employees. Get the orders wrong half of the time, run out of key ingredients regularly, and donuts are often stale. It's the closest DD to me but I'd rather drive to the one on Lehigh St where the employees aren't rude and know what they're doing.

Absolute worse experience ever! I waited 20 minutes to order only to find out the Latte machine was broken. My daughter's munchkins had Onion pieces on them and the floor was so greasy, our shoes were slipping and sliding.

I wanted to stop in there for a donut and some coffee and there was not place to park. The gang run pizza place next door has all the spot taken, even the handicapped place. So, needless to say, I went home. Only safe time to go to this one is in the morning, you will find parking then. Just wish someone would call the cops on them parking in the handicapped spot. I have a placard to park there!!!
