What a wonderful experience at Auntie Anne’s at Tilghman Square Allentown PA. The workers were all friendly. We wanted extra salt and butter on our pretzels and it was no bother for them to take care of us. Service was fast and professional. This is now my favorite and only Auntie Anne’s location that I will support.

What a WONDERFUL experience!! The place is spotless!! So very neat and clean. The three staff members were very friendly and accommodating. I requested that our pretzels made with extra butter and extra salt, and they very happily obliged!! I will continue to patronize this location over and over before I’d ever go back to the mall. This was such a positive, pleasant experience. P.s. the pretzels were delicious!!
Would rate 0 stars if possible. Order was messed up, then fixed, then low quality. Counter workers communication was poor. Mixture of not understanding us and us not understanding them. Pretzel nuggets as well as pretzel were incredibly dry and chewy as if sitting under the heat lamp all day. Will not come back.
