I just had a fantastic time here for brunch with Santa. It was a fantastic $20 for Brunch and amazing food. The eggs and sausage were particularly fantastic. I could tell the sausage was made in house this values making things in house rather than out of a bag which is so refreshing for center city Allentown. Then the kids had a great time with Santa. They could decorate cookies and Santa really made an effort to talk with the kids. This was a really magical experience and a highlight of the holidays for my family. Bell hall won’t be getting coal this year when they make fantastic food and do great promos like this!!!

Brunch with Santa was a horrible experience. Seating began at 11 and we were an 11:30 seating. They ran out of regular sausage links, and only had vegan sausage left. I asked for a refill and waited 15 minutes. I was brought 2 dry seasoned hamburger patties because they ran out of regular sausage links. For an event that is scheduled to run until 3 pm? There was no other real meat source available.My husband finally gets up to get a plate and Waffles were all gone. I didn't see the food refilled once.Being pregnant with gestational diabetes, I was expecting to be able to have a good amount of real meat on my plate to balance the other breakfast carbs.I left hungry, and incredibly disappointed in the lack of event planning on their part to have adequate amount of food for guests, especially with dietary needs.

I visited PA for the first time, and this was the first place I went to eat. It was early, and I was one of the only people in there, food was great! I had the Bell Hall Burger and sweet potato fries, another first for me. I’m moving to PA and definitely plan to come back here, try some of their other menu items. Worth a visit!

Decided to go there for our anniversary, also first time out with the kids since new baby. They had minimal beer from there menu. The food was blah and the staff didn't really know what was going on, which I don't know why because there where barely anyone in when we arrived. This was a Saturday around 5pm. I don't recommend this place at all.

Terrible service. We had a 15 person reservation that was made 1 week prior and on the day of the event, they did not have the reservation penned in. We had receipts of the call and that the reservation was placed as well. They made the excuse that they did not have enough tables and turned us away rather than making it work.

Went to “BELL HALL” for lunch today. And I have to say I’m glad I did. I was definitely surprised they had Turkey burgers ? on the menu . The only thing, I had a problem with is that the fries did not come with the burger that cost $15 ? other than that If your in the area give them a try. Thank Me Later Following food in pictures:1. I’ve been here many years ago and remember absolutely loving it! I begged my husband to take me in the terrible weather. Got there about 6/6:30 on a Saturday. I heard good things about the wonton nachos so we started with them. The wontons weren’t cooked through and were really hard to eat and pork wasn’t even hot unfortunately. My husband got the short rib sandwich and I got the beet salad with chicken. My husband didn’t care for his sandwich said his wasn’t hot either and the fries weren’t fresh they were luke warm and soggy. My salad wasn’t bad but the chicken I added was precooked and reseasoned to order. Just a very unfortunate date night, the one plus was our server was very attentive and always made sure our drinks were full. So good staff! Terrible food…. Miss the old bell hall.

i wanted to like this place. i’m visiting to see friends and it has good ratings. got a side salad. but then after i took a bite of the top cucumber this was underneath. i told the manager and they asked me if i wanted my money back and i said yes. i got my $13 back. so if you wanna eat here and support this place, go for it.

The atmosphere was extremely welcoming, from the staff friendliness to the calm and cool decor. We ordered a glass of the Finn, it was to die for! I ordered the Bourbon BBQ Burger (medium rare) and it was perfectly delicious! My boyfriend ordered the Short Rib Melt and he enjoyed it as well. The fries were hot and crispy. Our server, Zane Q., was super polite and friendly. He checked on us to make sure everything was good!I would 100% recommend going to Bell Hall!

The vibe was immediately unwelcoming. The waiter was noticeably bothered and even told us to chill out on ordering because he had just arrived on shift and was helping us by taking orders at that moment . He was rude the entire time . We were a party of 6 at around 5pm . The wings came out without the sauce . The rib was so dry , looked and tasted horrible . He raised his voice a few times when people and our party asked any questions. Terrible terrible.
