We picked up our food and realized they gave us chicken fingers instead of a chicken cheese steak, okay it happens. I simply asked for a refund for the item…they proceed to tell me I need to return the food to get the refund? ask to speak to manager, meanwhile for a good couple of minutes I can hear the conversation between employees about the mix up in food items, the one employee even asked “is there a customer on the line”….yes, I can hear you. Proceed to still hear the conversation and be ignored. Again things happen, but this was handled very unprofessionally.The food itself was mediocre.Highly disappointed.

This place took forever to come greet us at the table, and i ordered buffalo chicken dip, nothing about blue cheese was mentioned but was covered in it, i got nachos with chilli but they gave like one scoop of chili and i swear instead of shredded lettuce they gave me a whole head of lettuce. mind you it took 45+ mins to get said food!! never again will i be coming back, overpriced for bad food!

Food delivered. Cold to warmish over an hour late and not the way it was asked for. Hidden charges and driver had the nerve to ask for tip. Constantly had to hear about restaurant's short comings by staff and driver...do not recommend and will not order from here unless things improve... which I doubt.

Absolutely the WORST customer service of any restaurant I was EVER been a patron of. Walk in to pickup an online order, staff all around the kitchen having a nice little get together. My order was NEVER removed from the printer until I arrived and they had "no record of the order." Save yourself the trouble and order from a different pizza place. They are not worth the paycheck they collect!

ordered a cheese steak " Wiz Wit" meaning with cheese whiz ordered add cheese, was charged for it but, upon delivery, no cheese at all.. maybe hire people that can read.. especially with the $4.99 service fee for ordering online.. not the first time this happened.. never ordering food from them again..

The service was good.I had 2 mixed drinks which was goodI also ordered mini pierogis. The pierogis tasted like they were taken from a boxed and microwaved, very disappointing.
