I am a previous employee that was recently fired from Big Woodys after a drunk, rude, and belligerent customer came in antagonizing me. Even went as far as telling the owner (Matt) who was there that day and a good friend of his that I was an unfit employee and I didn’t deserve my job which was not true.I was employed there for 4 months. As an owner he did absolutely nothing. He stood there listening to all the bash and insults and didn’t try once to deescalate the situation but let him continue to express hisself with me standing right there trying to work around the situation. As I filled up with embarrassment and tears I left! I was fired 2 days later. The management is horrible, the atmosphere is horrible, and even the location is horrible. Shootings and fights constantly from the locals. I will not be supporting this business in the future that I’ve supported for years prior employment. Worst job experience ever!

People new to the area. Please don’t even waste your time here.I don’t even know why I still support this place. Maybe because it’s just convenient. The 1 female that works the carryout counter in the evening is so unprofessional/rude and mouth is dirtier than a landfill. After what I’ve seen I’d definitely contact the Better Business Bureau. I’m still in disbelief of how she treats the customers. That was not the first time I’ve seen that behavior from that staff member.

This seriously is the worst bar in A town. It was a long night and I just needed somewhere to go to have a drink. One of the gentleman there I think he might have been the manager. Super nice guy great hospitality. I asked him if he had any area where I can sit to myself without being hit on or bothered by anyone. He suggested the dining area which was such an awesome spot. I ordered a drink with the bartender. She said they couldn’t make a rum punch which is pretty weird. Every bar I’ve been to have been able to make a rum punch. I guess that was the first red flag. So I place my order. Once the food came out all was well. Next thing you know I realized that I didn’t have any napkins or silverware. My drink was also empty. I understood since it’s a Saturday night. However it was not that busy for a Saturday night and there were two bartenders from what I saw. I waited 45 minutes to wait for someone to come in and check to see how my food was, did I need anything and if I wanted another drink. Then I had to flag down one of the girls at the bar to get the bartender. Bartender finally comes and I ask for a Pinot Noir and for her to close me out. What pissed me off more than anything she never once apologized for the incompetence. She asked “what’s a Pinot Noir?” For goodness sakes if your a bartender at least know the basic names of your wine. And of course she also responded with we can’t do a pinot noir. If she didn’t know for goodness sakes double check with the manager to see if they actually do have it. Wow.. unbelievable. Where do they hire these people? To make it even worse the bartender processes my card, returns it, and says “I’ll just wait here until you sign the check.” I let her just stand there by not writing down anything until she was out of my sight. WTH. On top of all that I had these men come up to me to ask why am I all by myself. Then these other strange men just randomly coming near my area to just look at me and pretend they are just standing around. What an awful environment and such awful service. Never again. Had two drinks and left. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for 21 years. This is probably one of the worst. What a horrible night. Ugh….I can’t.

WARNING: FOOD POISONING. Never been so sick in my life. I ordered a cheese pizza and French fries. First the pizza wasn't even cut into slices. It was 1 huge round slice of pizza. The food delivery was supposed to take 50 minutes, I waited 2 hours for my lunch. Then within an hour of eating a few bites of pizza , approx 1 slice, I got food poisoning. Vomiting for an entire day. I will never do business with this establishment. Their food prep standards are pathetic and I am filing a report with the fda. I hope they get shut down.

Terrible food. Ordered a large pizza and the entire bottom of it was burnt black to a crisp, tasted like char and ash. Don't know if this was a one-off but definitely do not recommend.

Place is absolute trash!! Our bartender left us sit inside waiting for food while we watched her go outside in a car to smoke some weed. I would never visit this place again. Totally unprofessional as a business. If I could rate it zero stars I absolutely would!!
