Charles pizza has hit a pandemic. This joint has gotten worse ever since Sal sold it to the new owners.Sadly enough, I can't say I will keep patronizing this joint anymore. Low-quality ingredients and high prices are the new norms here.Why acquire something great Sal put his sweat and tears into and drive it to the ground..talking to you - new owners.Sal...when is your new joint springing up? This ride or die patron going all out with you buddy.

At AutoPROVED we order from them at least twice a week and they never let us down! Their pies are amazing, cooked exactly the way we like and delivery time is great. They have our business forever and hope many read our review and choose them for their next pie, thank you guys!!

Great Pizzeria! Love all of the different foods, especially the baked potato pie Pizza. Gotta give that a try if you haven't. Been going to this place since the 2000s when I moved from NYC, definitely makes me feel like I'm at home. 10/10 ✊?

New owners have ruined great pizza and cheesesteaks stay far away. Oh by the way they raised the prices and got cheaper ingredients to make everything taste worse!! Never again!!

wow they have really changed since Sal sold it.. and the prices for baked pasta are outrageous. any other pizza shop in the area charges roughly the same price for baked pasta, (around $12 or $13.) But they want $17.99 for it. Im sorry even Italian restaurants arent charging that. And I get that the costs have gone up everywhere but thats a huge jump from what they used to charge.

Omg they were amazing !! I had the best cheesesteak in the Lehigh valley and the buffalo chicken pizza was A1 . Not to mention I went to the wrong place at first but they made my order so fast !! Thanks guys!

It used to be good but I think it's changed owners or gotten new cooks. We noticed a difference in the taste of the food we normally ordered. It just wasn't the same as before. We ordered at least 3 times and the way the Stromboli and chicken cheese steaks were made were all the same and not nearly as good as previously.

This is now Sopranos Pizzeria! The new owner was very friendly! He showed me the new menu that will be available soon. I ordered meet patties & a large calzone. The food was fresh & excellent!
My second kitchen… Everything is great from their dinners…manicotti w/meat sauce is my fav, taco pizza, tuna subs, hoagies, California burgers, and of course pizza!

After many years of being a costumer, I've been disappointed with any too many orders now. If something is missing or done wrong you get an argument. They do not help you in any way. Will end with this "used to be good place"

Dont go here for food. Go to drakes pizza, there food is better and customer service is better. I left a google review 3 months ago and just noticed the owner left very unprofessional reply. disrespectful employees and owner I finally gave up with this pizza shop. after 2 years its time to call it quits, food i give 2 1/2 stars. There delivery drivers always blasting there music which to me is disrespectful. I moved on to a better pizza shop with better food and drivers. Update as you can see the owner is just a slimy as his food for making a comment like that. goes to show, there food is horrible and as you can see so is there customer service. I see now why drakes pizza food is much better than yours. there drivers are polite and respectful unlike the owner of charles and there workers Response from the owner3 months ago Sorry next time let us know what music you like so we can player for you

I am a factory rep travel all around the North East when I am in the area I always order pizza pies to have lunch with my clients. Their pizza is one the best I have had the sauce and cheese is absolutely delicious and the crust not too thick nor to thin just perfect. I wish I live closer I would only order their pizza.
