Worst chipotle there is. They never have items. I went around 5 they didn’t have chips, rice, chicken or veggies. There is always an inconvenience.

I ordered 3 tacos and there was barely any meat, and the toppings were a sloppy mess. My whole taco fell apart. Not the first time. I'm over chipotle.

This location is terrible. Food is either undercooked or overcooked. The entire place looks gross also. Try to not look back into the kitchen or you will see how grimy the place really is. Asked for a refund and some very rude person named “Jane Therese” contacted me providing a buy one get one coupon, when I asked specifically for a refund. Really bad business practices. Will not be returning to this location. Clean your act up.

I got burrito bowls to go. The food is usually pretty good, but they were out of corn salsa and several other toppings (that I don't usually get anyhow). They annoyed they had some in the fridge, but weren't allowed to open them until the next day.

I’ve had food from this location at least 10 times, whether through pick up, delivery or dining in. Every time, I’m more and more disappointed. The quality of the food gets worse and worse, if i doordash, they’re missing something majority of the time. The inside of the restaurant is usually dirty, the stuff me never have no customer service capability. The chips are stale, the burrito sizes are a joke, I asked for a burrito, with a flour tortilla, not a rolled up street taco shell. I hardly leave reviews but todays DISGUSTING queso that tastes like it’s 3-4 days old, and my “mini” burrito, demanded one. Fix the place up or shut it down, my lord.

This was the Worst Chipotle I’ve ever been too and i love chipotle. The Rice was actually ROCK HARD that it hurt my teeth so bad , they were out of cheese and didn’t even tell us, the orders were also done all wrong. They gave us white rice, ordered brown (and was ROCK HARD) , they were out of cheese and decided to not even say anything then when asking where is my cheese? they say oh yeah we ran out an hour ago!!? Like ok, thanks for telling me. And we ordered sour cream, no sour cream. Gave us beans, didn’t order beans ! All 3 items had ROCK HARD rice that we just threw it away after almost breaking my tooth!! No napkins, dirty inside, employees seem nice but don’t care about the restaurant ovbiously. Oh and, the lettuce, definitely not washed because it was all grainy. Actyally so gross & they won’t even give me a refund on the app

Apparently they were not working the register today and it was online pick up only... You have a staff and open hours... I wasn't going to stand there and place an online order for food... Just looks like this place it's lazy and didn't want to deal with people.. silly sign posted on the door , it just seemed unreal I could not walk in and order food at 5pm on a Saturday. It seams this location is going down hill and the rest of the comments are saying ???

Went in there to pick up a catering order thought I was going to have to wait beings my pick up time was before the store opens. To my surprise they had it almost done and came in early to have it done on time. Great experience wonderful manager and team!

The line was extremely long and there was only one employee on the front line. There were a few other employees there who could have helped her but they chose not to. The woman working on the line did as best she could, the others should’ve done better and helped her. There was no teamwork atmosphere.

This location seems to be going downhill fast. On multiple occasions I have been given incorrect toppings or someone else’s food all together. When going back to the restaurant the staff seemed to be annoyed when I asked for the correct meal to be made. When they remade my food it was also cold and the rice was crunchy. Very frustrating and disappointing that this has happened over and over.

Stopped on a Sunday and received awesome customer service. Leroy was fast, funny, and lively but also precise. This location had customers left and right but the staff keeps it moving to get the job done! By the way everyone smiles!
