Donuts were stale, definitely old and then just tossed carelessly in a bag. Staff seemed inconvenienced to be taking orders. First and last time here, wish I'd read the other reviews first, definitely all on point.

1st time eating Dunkin Terrible service at this location, ordered online, girl showed me my bag I showed her my phone with the online receipt she acted like she had a hard time reading it cause half my order was missing(had to repick my donuts)got back to the truck Items are missing(snacking bacon an hash browns were missing)an I have a turkey croissant I didn't order, she didn't even confirm if It was my order or not with my name she just pointed to a bag like she had something better to do.As for the app it should be smoother than waiting in line but it wasn't, I picked out my donuts online but when they weren't waiting on me when I went in I had to pick them out again not fully remembering what I picked online an the receipt is no help. What's the point of an app if the order isn't gonna be correct and I have to reorder when I go to pick my order up?

Don't count on this Dunkin stop on the PA turnpike at 9:30 PM. Everything closed, no coffee except from Sunoco. Keep driving or get off and visit a real Dunkin..

I was there 2 days in a row. Waited 30 minutes for a small coffee. At least 5 people working behind the counter. The head cashier or manager was very laid back not effective...just chillin' with his homeys .The next day there were fewer workers but faster line. The workers were swearing to each other and griping in Spanish. Very unprofessional. I don't understand why this continues to go on.My friends tell me they had a similar experience. They go to Starbucks now. Starbucks, here I come!!!

Last time I came here I had 4 people in front of me and had to leave after waiting 15 minutes and being nervous about missing a meeting. Today I'm here again with plenty of time to waste and I'm genuinely surprised they're as slow as they are. Just

Wish I would have read reviews sooner. This is a horrible place. The young man that took my order only asked me "what do you want" and told me the total. Then called another woman over to put my donuts in a bag. Which were 3 chocolate covered bosten cream and an apple fritter. She literally threw the chocolate donuts in and the the other on top. No paper to grab then(she did put gloves on) or put between so the chocolate didn't fall off or rub off everything. I asked her for the papers so I could do it myself as they were all upside down in the bag. I said "if you don't like your job... you should find a new one." Her and the young man just looked at me and started talking amongst themselves in Spanish. I looked at them and said "other people can speak Spanish you know?" and walked away! Horrible place with horrible donuts... need new management to step in and take care of this or close! So dissatisfied!
