My order was wrong and when I try to get my coffee remade the crew filled half of my cup with sugar I tried calling the store no one answered and I did a survey and the manager calls me back and would let me talk or anything just told me to come in the morning and get a new coffee .. I lost 15$ cause everything was trash bread was burnt so bad the cheese has black stuff all over it and coffee ruined donut was hard like if it was mad the day before. I would never go here again I don't even want the remake.

I was there about an hour ago. I placed an order in driveway bagel and coffee. The bagel was hard, old moldy looking terrible. I drove around and asked to change the bagel or a refund. The girl had such attitude and said”all our bagel are like this, we sale, them like this everyday”…I told her she is probably killing people with food poisoning. She was so rude, had attitude, and was insisting I take the bagel nothing she can do. I asked for a manager she said no one was there. Another male staff eventually came and processed a refund.I’m so disappointed. I normally enjoy Dunkin n look toward to have a cheating day eating a fresh bagel. Now that has changed.Dunkin stop trying to save money on your consumers and trying to kill us at the same time. Hire better people…with at least some basic customer service skills to respectfully handle a situation.customer#3047 12:38;15pm.

I went in this morning and ordered iced drink. It had hard sugar in it, why would dunkin think it’s okay to put hard sugar in an iced drink? It will never melt and you’re just crunching on sugar. Stick to doughnuts. But I nicely asked did all cold drinks come with hard sugar and then asked if he can please add liquid sugar. They had an attitude but did it. I drive off and all I see is 2 pieces of LONG HAIR in my drink!!!!!! They didn’t want to refund me.. not to mention when I walked in they said “What now?” Like I don’t ever come here and all I asked was about sugar NICELY why is it such a problem?

I’ve only ever been to this place in the afternoons and nights but lord I will never come during the mornings. I was in the drive through waiting for my order to be taken and ended up waiting for a while, I called out hello just in case they might hear me or must be busy. I had to go to work soon so I couldn’t wait anymore and drove away. Right as I was passing the drive through window I see two people (two girls I think) by the window just leaning against the counter hanging out, talking. They turned to look at me but I was so over the situation I drove off. Please do better! Seeing all these negative reviews is so sad!

I got my ice coffee there a couple times a week for a year. Last time I went, I got the usual - 4 large mocha ice coffees with cream and sugar. The drive thru girl kept repeating the order wrong, so I tasted one in the lot. It was so bitter. Not strong coffee bitter, but more like a chemical or cleaner. I took them in and asked for new ones, explaining the issue. It was rapid fire from 4 different people saying they'd only replace the one I tasted. Then the drive thru girl admitted she made them, and said "This ain't Starbucks, Karen. Whatchu think you're gonna get here?". Fortunately the owner overheard everything and was giving a refund. As I was walking out, the girl called me a bitch. Haven't been back.

If I can put ZERO stars I would. 14th and TilghmanThis place is an absolute disappointment!!! I've been going to this DD for years and now I have to stop, because of how rude the staff is. I asked the young lady for an Ice coffee with whip cream. Pulled up to the window and was handed a hot coffee. I simply said, it wasn't what I ordered. The lady grilled me and said be clear. She also said something to her co-worker and then her co-worker looked at me upset as if I did the mistake. When they finally give me what I ordered, I told the young girl, it was something small and not a big deal, why is everyone so mad? She said, that's how we work. Oh, and this was the morning shift around 7-8 am. The afternoon staff is better. But thanks to the morning staff, I nor the people I work with at the hospital will never go there again. You need to treat your customers better and take responsibility for your own mistakes. Smh!
