They sell refillable DunKin cup BUT do not refill them ??? They do not have Senior discount. The people were rude. When I turned in a complaint to Corporate the store called me 7 days later and told me that since Covid they do not do refills, But many other places do. You do not touch the cup when you do A refill, it is stainless steel.All they care about is making MONEY not return customers.Corp. says they should not sell refillable cups if they do not refill.

A DIFFERENT DUNKIN made 2 sandwiches wrong and made my iced coffee with tea. I was on my way to airport road. Went into THIS Dunkin on airport road and they KNEW it wasn't their cup but fixed it for me anyway. (I didn't try to trick them I just said another Dunkin made this with tea. They said yeahhh that's not our cup)That man fixed my whole day and attitude. Thank you thank you thank you! I TRULY appreciate your kindness, you did not have to do that. You could have turned me away, this wasn't your problem at all. Thank you again. You made my day

This dunkin is one of the best. Morning shift always gets my order right and very kind. Great customer service but, unfortunately the 2nd shift crew (young adults) need to have better communication when talking to customers and should be watching what they say when taking care of a customer.
I ordered a vanilla bean coolatta with whip cream and a sandwich. Sandwich was fine but the drink they overfilled with whip cream and got all over my brand new car I couldn’t even get it off of the seat. The lady gave me attitude and misgendered me on top of that. Overall not a good experience.
