Always good to go there. I'm an espresso guy and they honor you with a very strong brew. The espresso from places like starbucks is a joke. I always order my coffees with an espresso shot in it and the food is always on point.

They took all the tables out because people were hanging out all day, so only expect to get your food to go. The service is decent and very fast. Coffee is a little too sweet but the foods okay.

This place is ok. The 2 Spanish girls are made Kool and are very nice and service Fairly quick . Donuts and coffee is always fresh . Now the older african American lady is very rude and and has a nasty attitude to which is not a good thing to the brand of donkin donuts she doesn't even smile with the Customer saying hello with a stone cold face is not having good customer service . Not whats Kool about this dunkin donts is that they allow the homeless and the unwanted to have a place t hang out during the winter to keep the less fortunate out the Kool which is really and blessing to alot if ppl . Please u can get food charfu ur phone and have a bathroom available to u. It's the hoodiest but loved Dunkin donuts of Allentown . I recommend that ppl come in just be ready to see a different side of the spectrum

Everything we got from here was horrible. I counted 4 homeless people living in the store. This place is gross. Everything else is closed on Saturday.

I was in this store on 6th and linden yesterday on 4-14-22 this employee named Bhubi he is a very nasty man he made customers leave for he was yelling and screaming at the other employee Erica this isn't the first time he has done this he is nasty he doesn't wear gloves he's been seen picking his nose he doesn't wear gloves as well when he brings the muffins from the back to put on shelves up front this has to stop he shouldn't be working here hits very sad to see this happening in this store

I was here yesterday on 4/14/22 this employee was screaming at another employee Erica his name is Bhubi I walked out as so did other customers I'm walking out of here right now this man Bhubi he's discussing he came in and touched the muffins up front without any gloves on yuck I won't be coming back I feel sorry for Erica
Great food and coffee but staff can be nasty. I think because they work long hours with little no help! I think Dunkin should raise their salary and get more staff

First time coming was cash only, not a huge deal but inconvenient. The only thing decent was the coffee. The donuts were hard and the breakfast sandwich has hard and soaked in grease. I took one bit and had to spit it out.The second time I tried to come for just coffee, the business was not open on it's listed business hours. I'm not sure what Allentown is usually like but this place is horrible for personality, hospitality, service and food.

I used to work at the Dunkin' on 2nd Street plaza. There's a Dunkin on 6th Street, I would always order coffee and ask for sugar then never receive it.
