Ordered a small mocha frozen coffee with oat milk. Now they charge for oat milk and whip cream. Fine, but they put caramel drizzle on it. I tell them I can't drink that and it comes with chocolate. Funny how it comes with drizsel once you pay for the toppings offered in the app. Then the scoop off the whippcream with a glove I assume because he had non when he cane back and I show him the caramel is in the coffee. They offer to make another but I had to go and asked for a refund. He says they cannot give refunds because they don't do refunds. Then because they don't have a manager there they cannot give refunds. I get upset and all of a sudden they can call a manager to issue me a refund. Meanwhile the drive through was backed up because the same man is ringing people out and making drinks while the other 3 talk and try to figure out how to make a drink. Yeah, I'm done going here.

Great Saturday morning until I came to get breakfast. There’s no sign up that I couldn’t bring my dog and no need for an employee from dunking donuts to raise their voice to tell me to leave. This employee could have just asked and I would have left. I have showed up with my dog over four times and no one ever said anything before so I didn’t ever get an inkling that he was not allowed in.

This is my absolute FAVORITE dunkin and I specifically go out of the way to come here and so do my friends. Our drinks are always perfect, the men that work there are so friendly and have even given my friends and I free donuts and munchkins since we come so much. I always leave the drive thru with a big smile on my face. I love it so much there. I always get a medium caramel iced coffee with cream and sugar :)
Was disappointed ,ordered cookie butter cold brew ,server didn't tell me didn't have all ingredients to finish it ,should have told me before I ordered it ,take down off the menu ,manager didn't seem to care ,nor did the server ,will not go back to this one.
