The food was great. They serve a lot of food here so go with an empty stomach. I got white rice, yuca, arroz amarillo, seasoned chicken, pollo guisado and guineitos encebollado and parcha juice (passion fruit juice) to try a bit of everything and it was really good. For everything we got we paid $40 and ended taking food home for later and for next day lunch. Make sure you ask for olive oil for the guineitos and the yuca. El Castillo del Caribe restaurant is a great family friendly place. I enjoy the food and it's fresh. I totally recommended if you are in the mood for good Latin foodThis is a family-run restaurant the environment is very nice place and people if food is excellent the rice is true authentic Puerto Rican rice arroz con habichuelas and is delicious fluffy they also have all different types of Puerto Rican food I recommend you to give it a try
Those that know me can tell you I don't usually visit Dominican restaurant's. Growing up we had some of the best Dominican food at home and it's hard to find good authentic taste in the restaurants; this place did right by what they are putting out and, to top it off, they served very generous portions.
