“Late lunch after visiting customers. I had a decent cabbage soup but it was late with many vegetables overcooked to sogginess. The crab cake was awesome. Tasty, flavorful, not over stuffed with fillers. Side of mashed with beef brown gravy. YumService was excellent. I would be a regular customer if I lived nearby.“
“Usually a good experience. Someone was putting out fake flowers and I got smacked a few times with no apology and the fake flowers were getting dust in the air while we were eating. The. We are waiting to pay and the same person squeezes by with more fake flowers and doesn't even acknowledge or say excuse me. Just be mindful to your customers. They are the ones that keep the small business going. Not sure if I will be back for awhile and I have been going here since I was a kid.“
“Your typical dinner with all the good food and reasonable prices you would expect. Breakfast, lunch or dinner, you’ll find something for everyone. Been there several times and all my meals have been good. If you’re hungry and in the area, you can’t go wrong with the Hamilton Family Restaurant!“
“A nice, small breakfast and lunch restaurant. They have tractor trailer parking in the back, and aren't open in the evening. Their breakfast and service were good and affordable. We both got the Steffy Special and weren't disappointed.“
“This is my go to place if I want a nice burger with fries that will fill me for the night! The bills favorite burger is my favorite you can't go wrong! “Went there for the first time on Friday night. We knew they didn't take reservations and were prepared to wait. We put our names in and were told it would be about 15 minutes which was fine. We were super excited as the restaurant looked really nice inside and we had heard the "ghost stories" so we were looking forward to the whole experience. Sadly the waitress came up and told us she was going to seat us in "the other dining room" which is just an extra room they use for small events and such. NOT the same ambiance as the main room for sure. Plus if you need to use the restroom you have to walk outside and back into the main room which is inconvenient. She should have asked if we were ok not being seated in the main dining area as we would have gladly waited a bit longer for that to happen. Our waitress was delightful and our drinks were very good. Food came out too quick after our appetizers....we literally had just started eating them when our food was there. Waitress did apologize so it was nice she realize that was a negative. Food was 8/10....would certainly come back and try other things!“
“Driving thru this town last night wife was hungry and I saw a red neon diner sign said to her," let's turn in here". When we were walking in I looked up and saw the name of the diner.? Happy we stopped food was very good and reasonably priced.“
“We've dined at Windows on 6th many times - holiday meals, brunch, wedding reception, dinners, etc...every time has been great. The staff is phenomenal, and the meals are very fulfilling and appropriately priced. This restaurant is located inside the Americus Hotel and is perfect for anyone staying in downtown Allentown. The restaurant has a bar that is open late.“
