I purchased 3 burgers and they were extremely red!!! I called and spoke to someone about it and she said I can get the remade. I tried to do that today and now they said I can't. It's ashame!!! My money right down the drain. I just thought they would actually remake them. Guess I had to much faith in them ???

My food was ready when I went into Five Guys.I ordered from Active Menus. It was easy and quick. The food was delicious and the service was great. I had to order a shake in person.

I can't say enough about this 5 guys location, i work across the street and eat there a few times a month..the food is always fresh and hot and well put together, and the staff and service here are exceptional, they are always super friendly and have great customer service! I worked for 5 guys years ago on long Island...I loved them then and still love them now!!

Stupidly expensive. Two small burgers, one small order of fries, 2 bottles of water were $36. Service was haphazard as no one seemed ready to take orders at the registers for over 5 minutes, and there were 2 people behind the counter looking frenzied. Love the food, hate the prices, no happy with the service, and the place is noisy.

Just ordered today a cheeseburger and milkshake. And after drinking the milkshake my throat is sore. My partner ordered a burger and after eating that his throat is hurting as well. We have shown no signs of feeling sick all day we haven’t been around anyone who is sick. So something from this place made us feel this way. It’s really disgusting because how can I drink something and get a sore throat ? I barely drank the milkshake, it’s going straight in the trash. Are you guys properly cleaning ? Is the food stored in a safe environment ? Were the employees touching the food sick? I would just suggest not eating here. I’m really disgusted and mad.

The establishment was very dirty, the grill was beyond gross and the tables weren’t washed off. The hot dogs left a horrible after taste and I’m sure it was because of the dirty grill. We will never go back ? $7.00 for a plain hot dog really!
