I really love this tofu and go through so much of it weekly! I love that it's made locally to me with organic soybeans grown locally too! Plus it's even offered through many local farmbox delivery sites. It cooks and crumbles perfectly and works in all recipes. You can tell it's made with care and not one of those massive factory pressed tofus. And no additives! I'm so happy to be able support this local brand and their amazing tofu.

The best tofu. I always buy it if i can find it at the grocery. Extra firm, not too wet, so it doesn’t make a mess if I want to press it. It’s perfect for frying and marinating. Eat local!
Best tofu on the market. You'd think all tofu tastes the same until you try this brand. Finding it is an issue. For the last 20 years whenever I see this brand I buy it. I used to work in health food stores throughout NY and was common in most of the places I worked at. More recently though I rarely, if ever, see it. That may have to do with how scarce proper health food stores are now. I'm in Philly now and still haven't seen it (again, no health food stores in my area) but found a local food co-op that carries it. I really want to try their Tofu Turkey, I didn't even know they carried that! Their baked tofu is the best you will find as well. The awesome bonus is that they're prices are lower than other brands and you're not supporting a big corporation. I wish they'd start making Okara Burgers!

My favorite premade tofu.Lemon pepper s delicious as is the sesame one.Healthy, high in fiber and protein.Can be eaten cold, cut into salads or quickly heated on the stove top.I can only find it at Dean's in Basking Ridge NJ, no Whole Foods, Shoprite or Kings carries it here in Jersey which makes me upset because it is a local company.The best tofu around, buy multiple packs if you are lucky enough to find it.

I can't believe I'm the first to review this amazing tofu here. This is the best tofu around the NE as far as I'm concerned. Always so incredibly fresh, organic, local and even fairly minimal with the packaging, IOW no rigid plastic carton. I only wish I didn't have such a hard time getting it. I was getting it in Hoboken at Basic Food and occasionally at Whole Foods in Edgewater. I've asked my local grocer about getting it, but maybe the distribution is too small. I'll keep trying, because it's the best!
