Place seemed like it was a little short staffed but our server Allissa made up for it. She was very nice and very helpful (lots of extra hot fudge). Fig jam burger is great and the ice cream is classic.

I ordered a 12oz Sunday and a burger.Sunday isn't even close to 12oz. It's like three times the size of my 16oz bottle of water!But it was delicious! The burger was too.My only advice is don't wait as long as the website tells you. The food was done much sooner.

The waitress was very nice but service was incredibly slow. My 6 year old got applesauce as a side and told us it tasted funny. I thought maybe it just had sugar added but when I eventually tasted it I realized it was bad. It tingled on my tongue. Absolutely unacceptable.

The restaurant itself was clean and the food was ok. The service however was not. We showed up around 7pm for a late dinner since our flight landed late. There were a few other families in but it was not busy. We waited nearly 15 minutes to get our drink order while the staff was all sitting in one of the booths chatting. Finally got our drinks and watched our food one item at time get done and placed under the warmer. Staff was once again busy sitting in a booth chatting and so we waited. We were never offered refills and had to remind our waitress about the dessert. Needless to say, we were not impressed.

Friendly's IS NOTwhat it use to be. There is a serious shortage of help!! When One first walks in the restaurant, expect to wait for seating. This isn't due to the place being crowded. There isn't anyone to greet and seat YOU. We waited a good ten (10) minutes. That is unacceptable!!!All my wife and I wanted was ice cream. My Jim Dandy was HORRIBLE!! It was made incorrectly w/ none of the three (3) toppings (Marshmallow, Chocolate and Strawberry). In addition, the ice cream was melted.I requested another Jim Dandy to be made. It was better, however still unacceptable!! Once again, the ice cream was soupy and melted. I told my Wife, the Freezer must be."BROKEN"...... How can Management serve food in less than optimal temperaturea? This is not correct food conditions under Safe Serve Rules.The Owners need to fix this issue "IMMEDIATELY".The Owners, also need to go under cover to fix staffing issues. No One wants Staffers complaining about their job to Patrons. Especially, about the lack of tips they're receiving. It's uncomfortable and actually backfires. When a Server complains to Patrons about tips, it makes One feel like The Server is squeezing them for money. For me, I then tip less or not at all.This partially why Friendly's went Bankrupt. Poor Food and Poor Service will put any Business in the dumps quickly. I won't be returning until THE SERVICE and FOOD drastically improves.PLEASE LIKE, RATE & FOLLOW ME.....

Truly the worst experience I've had a friendlys. Ordered an impossible burger. It Came with a piece of bacon under the burger. I opened it up which normally I don't bother but because I had sent it back real quick for missing ingredients. I understand it all cooks on the same grill but felt intentional. It took over 10 minutes to be acknowledged when we showed up, it was steady but not busy when we arrived with most people leaving when we got there. We were sat at a clearly dirty table with water glass rings from whoever was there before. Sat there for 10 minutes before being acknowledged again. The waiter couldn't have hated his life more based off his facial expressions.
Friendly staff and not crowded on memorial day Monday. All food was delicious and so was the ice cream. I wish there was a friendly's closer to me! Loved the brownie sundae.

Went last night around 9. Service was very slow!! I believe there were only 4 other groups of people there. Had to go find the waitress several times to remind her we didn't get drinks or ice cream. She did apologize and I'll give her some credit, it was late. But we found this friendly's to be like most. Just takes a long time!! Our meals were ready in fairly decent time. Just not much contact with server.

This was my 2nd visit with my daughter in less then 2 months. This visit was the same as the first. Service was S-L-O-W. Business was S-L-O-W. 15 minutes for a soda (after being reminded it hadn’t arrived) and nearly 30 minutes for an already melted sundae for my daughter. Absolutely ridiculous. There will NOT be a 3rd visit. If you visit, be sure to bring extra patience.

I did NOT get my food after waiting for about 20 minutes. As soon as me and my party left they said "Did you not serve them?" I understand this building was understaffed but that gives them NO RIGHT to not serve us.

***Before I start my review, a comment to other customers, cut these guys some slack, they're understaffed and still absolutely killing it, unless you've worked in customer service and have dealt with severe understaffing, please try to be more understanding and considerate. They are people too.♡****The only Friendly's I'll come to.The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. Even when dealing with being severely understaffed, they keep a smile on their faces and do their best.I truly hope that their hard work and constant excellence in customer service is being recognized and rewarded. They deserve it!My boyfriend and I came here today and they only had one server, Anastasia, she was wonderful, despite being the only server. She was so pleasant. The hostess was awesome too. This place has a truly amazing team on hand. We kept seeing the hostess and kitchen crew come up front to help buss tables and help the server, awesome team work!We'll definitely be back. I hope they end up getting more staff for their own sake and sanity. ♡
