I come here every week to get coffee and always have good experience. I love Sammy and Logan they’re always very personable and say hi to me by name. They have the best tasting coffee and tea selection, everything taste so fresh and amazing! I won’t go anywhere else for coffee beans. The quality is unmatched.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Todd, Logan, and their coffee! I have been purchasing products from Heffelfinger's for at least 7 years and have never been disappointed in their coffee or their service. This is a very busy place on weekends (because people love it!) and sometimes there is a bit of a wait but what better way to spend some time than by browsing all their different offerings (including a variety of teas and Stonewall Kitchen products) and smelling the aroma of delicious coffees. I am a big fan of flavored coffee, and Heffelfinger's has a fantastic variety -- both regular and decaf. I drink a lot of decaf coffee and have never found a place that has as many flavored decaf options as here! (My favorite decafs are Hawaiian Hazelnut and Yuletide). I have introduced many of my friends to Heffelfinger's coffee, and they are fans as well. I don't live in the Lehigh Valley but visit a number of times throughout the year and always head to Heffelfinger's with my own order as well as orders for my friends. Todd has also mailed coffee orders for me which is a wonderful service. If you are a fan of Starbucks bitter, burned coffee taste, then this is probably not the place for you, but if you love a well-balanced, smooth, rich coffee flavor, you'll enjoy Heffelfinger's coffee! Thanks to Todd and everyone at Heffelfinger's for always making my visits to your store so great!

Extremely rude staff!! They act superior and have such an ego and think they are coffee connoisseurs because they take their lattes the “correct” way, I asked a simple question about a coffee that seem to be a special and received a snarky answer… I didn’t even get the right drink I order!

So the first time I went in I just thought well everybody has a bad day. The second time I went in he was a complete Dick to me and I walked out saying I don't need anything. I'll repeat what I read on another review. The coffee is nicer than the staff!

This coffee shop is absolutely amazing I look forward to going there and getting my coffee each week just recently found out my mom does not get any acid indigestion from their coffee which is a big deal for her because she loves coffee and now she found one that she also loves and can enjoy have a lot of different flavors to try

I bought a half a pound of coffee here and figured I’d also purchase a beverage. The barista was rude. I asked for a splash of oat milk in my iced coffee. When she gave it to me, it still looked very dark and so I asked for a bit more. She smirked at me and said “so you don’t mean a splash.” I was really taken aback by the interaction and felt uncomfortable. The whole thing turned me off. The iced coffee on top of that was warm and not strongly brewed at all. I ended up tossing it because of the I’ll experience and poor tasting drink.

I will never return to this place again. The owner was incredibly rude to me. It wasn’t until my boyfriend told him how unnecessary it was to speak to me like that (the lady behind us in line saw what happened and spoke up as well). The owner threw a couple bags of coffee at us and told us to get the hell out and to never come back again. So much for wonderful customer service! Perhaps switch to another line of work if you don’t like dealing with the public.Edit: Nice of you to reply back, Todd. Perhaps a better response would have been an apology rather than denying what actually happened.
