Customer service is horrible if you get your food wrong and call back to explain the problem nicely! I ordered Sancocho and the meat was raw!!! I called back and one of the ladies that always pick up the phone couldn’t get me any help and muted the phone. Needed to call back after an hour of talking to them to then speak with the manager who was just arriving and talk to her since her employee did not take any notes on why I call to get my re-fund or at least the delivery to come and pick up the food I ordered which was wrong.

I'm black and normally not treated well when going to get authentic food. However this spot baby they are nice and respectful. Although there was a language barrier they still took their time with my order and smiled and treated me right. Best rice and peas in city in my opinion. I spent 12$ they let me get pig feet and chicken with rice and peas and a soda

Very tiny place..Food was not all that great..It's good enough to kill spanish food craving..but if you are a spanish latin person we know what we are looking for.. Service could have been better too..not too friendly but not rude either..in between..
Empanadas here are amazing, The ppl here are kind and very tentative. My kid loves eating here. Make it your business to stop by and try their pizza Empanadas ( the kid's favorite).

The women who serve at this restaurant are rude and don't own up to their errors. The restaurant is extremely tiny! If you're Claustrophobic, DON'T ENTER!! I paid for two lunches. When checking my food, before paying, there was a lot of rice and a tiny piece of chicken. I made the woman server give me a larger piece. She had the nerve to remove the chicken and put it in another container and put the meat for my nephew in my container, in which she never gave me my arrow con gandules! I paid 24.50. When I had the chance to eat my food, there was no arroz con gandules! I called to inquire about the matter. I asked to speak to the manager. Of course, there was none available to handle the matter. I spoke to the two women who did want to admit, to their mistake. Mind you, I paid for two lunch specials. I was in Bethlehem, so i was too far but willing to drive back. However, they were so rude that it raised my blood pressure! I did them a favor for not showing up because they would have been wearing the hot, arroz con gandules!! When and if you choose to do business here, make sure that the server puts what you're paying for on the plate. Make sure you tell them specifically what you want on your plate and if they don't listen, just leave the restaurant. They need your business. Not the other way around.
