I live in Allentown and it's rare to find an authentic Puertorican bakery. And this why a lot of people like me goes to this location because the food is good, but the service is terrible and every year gets worse. First if you go here make sure you not in a rush or super hungry because no matter if is busy or not kitchen take the longest. They set false expectations to the customers, they always say 15-20 min and that's not true. I personally and the people that I know that visit this place before have bad experiences with the customer service because they are rude and they rushing the customer since the beginning. The last one was a blonde short hair women that first her tone was disrespectful and she seems to be in a bad mood and she was rushing the process really bad. It's sad because like a said before the food is great and they represent the Puertorican bakery in the Lehigh Valley, but they should take better care of the customers because this a lot of people concern and don't forget they also represent Latinos and this actions make us Latinos downgrade.

The pastries and good old school breads are simply amazing. What's not to love about hot sweet bread and guava and cheese pastries? I love it and I drive 35 miles from home to get here. They are pretty busy and sometimes not too friendly but other times quite lovely. I guess it depends and I for one hate rude people but you just get your food and leave and the prices are incredible.

Definitely a great bakery, but the service is terrible. They are so slow. If you happen to stop in, you won’t regret it because it’s that good but you will be waiting a long time

Great place to get Puerto Rican desserts in the Lehigh Valley! They have pan sobao and pan de agua! The bread is fresh and tastes so good! Exactly how it would taste from a panadería in Puerto Rico. They have a large selection of desserts (cakes, donuts, pastries, etc.). Their tornillos and turnovers with guava are so good! I only wish they were open later than 3pm. The lines there can get long. They make amazing sandwiches there. My favorites are the cubano and pernil sándwiches. You do have to wait a while for them to make it because they make it from scratch as it’s ordered, but it is well worth the wait.I am glad they opened another Luna’s location in the Lehigh Valley. This one has ample parking.

The best bakery in the Lehigh Valley. Excellent, respectful service. Their good prices will allow you to choose from a variety of fresh baked breads and goodies with the sweet taste of our homeland. 5⭐

First visit here..8:00am on a Monday. A few people in line ahead of me. So many good looking pastries, donuts and other treats on display. I ordered a ham/egg/cheese sandwich.. toasted, with provolone, salt and pepper. Young lady at the counter was very nice. I think the price was $6.10 w/tax. I waited about 10mins for it to be made.. couple people waiting ahead of me. I’ll be honest.. I’m ok with waiting a few minutes if it’s good and it’s hot. It was both.. Before getting the sandwich I kinda questioned the price in my head... but after receiving it makes sense. It was on the bread they make fresh I guess, probably 8”-10” long and 3” wide. Huge compared to what I’ve gotten elsewhere and paid more for. I think my local bagel shop charges near $8 for a ham/egg and cheese on a bagel. Sandwich was hot, and made perfect.. I ate half for breakfast and warmed the other half up for lunch.Next time I will try their coffee and maybe take a few pastries home.
