With a name like Manhattan bagel, I expected a tastier bagel, might as well have gone to Dunkin’ Donuts, I was pretty disgusted when I got the milk out of cooler and chocolate milk was very water

They do not understand what Curbside means as I had to go in and get it such is fine, but when I said the order I was picking up they asked if it was for me or not. Like what does that even matter? If it was delivery then it would of said delivery lol. Besides that on the website it states you get potato salad and the man told me no its not that anymore but it's macaroni salad. I don't eat that.....so it was a waste of money really. Bagels were tough and the macaroni salad was not good(I tried it anyway). Wish I didn't put a tip on there... This was the first and last time I will ever come here. Go to 3Men and Bagel instead. That place is so much better.

First time trying this establishment - Placed on online order for curbside pick up of 3 bagels and one ice tea. 1. No curbside pick up had to go in and it was sitting there 2. Ordered 2 everything one with plain cc toasted and the other with green onion not toasted - 1 whole wheat with plain cc toasted - well green onion was toasted and burnt the other two were not toasted and whole wheat was not given so plain was given 3. Amount of cc received versus what was paid for was unacceptable as there was a very sheen spread of cc on them. Wish I could reverse the tip that was given when I placed order. They just did not seem to care even with the wrapping and labeling. Will not return here again.

I ordered lox, cream cheese, capers,onions and tomatoes, got home open the sandwich it had a ton of cream cheese, a sliver of lox , 2 little pieces of onions no tomatoes, I called the store to complain and all I got was excuses. I will never go there

Dont waste your money- the $6.99 breakfast sandwich was small and cold and lacked flavor- the $2.39 side of "hash browns" is just one piece- the same as you would get at McDonald's. Very disappointing.
