They don’t want to work at all. But if you need to stay inside for more than 30 min even if the whole place is completely empty they will remind you about 30 minutes limit and you have to leave with your coffee, burrito and nuggets and finish your work “in free library near by” :-/

Viral Video on FB, Donaisha and Manager were EXTREMELY rude, and Donaisha stopped another employee from taking the mans order and also shouted out her name so we could look her up on Facebook. Management flipped up her fingers at him. Both should be fired.

Went there a few minutes after midnight and was told that they were closed. Why have the hours listed as “open 24/7” when you don’t follow that schedule? Either the employees are just doing what they want, or the time needs to be updated, so other people don’t go out of their way and make the same mistake. What a waste of time and gas.

If I could give 0 stars, I would! Every time I come they take forever. The drive through I’m always in for 15 minutes or more. They are definitely not up to date with their systems and they are very unorganized as if they do not coordinate with each other. Not a fast food, more of a slow food. Do not recommend.

Very bad service in this place, the times I have been here there has always been a problem with the staff, I have been waiting for 20 minutes for an ice cream and I ask about my order and they answer that it is a change of shift with a heavy tone, if only it were once I understand that there are times when circumstances happen but more than 3 times, that is already a problem.

I love going to this particular McDonald's. The service there is great. The food. Is always good and fresh. I've been there many times, and the employees are cautious and very attentive, always looking forward to giving you a good service, this last time that I visited them was Mrs. Vicky, she really goes above and beyond to serve well the clientele. She did it for my husband and I and also brought our order to the table. Thank you, Mrs. Vicky. I really appreciate it. A big thank you to all the staff and keep the great service ?.Parking: Plenty parking and also Handycap ones. Very good.Kid-friendliness: They are great.
