The service is awful. There's no guidance behind the counter or flow. I understand it's new but should have been more training. The supposed managers in the back have no clue what they are doing.

This place every time I go there for breakfast, they always mess up my order and when I ask for receipt it is never given to me the windows always shut in my face and the person walks away. I’ve been there three times last week and this morning, and I got a breakfast sandwich that was not what I ordered And when I try calling this place nobody ever pick up the phone.

I drive a semi truck stopped and parked at big lots walked up to get something to eat wouldn't take my order at drive thur but that's ok taco bell across the street did so drivers walk across the street taco bell take care of you

The wait here is always super long. The last time I was here, it was raining. Of course, I had to pull around to the front. The girl walked out with my food after about 10 minutes of waiting, and the bags were wide open. It was pouring. I would have thought she had common sense to close the bags so the food wouldn't get wet! Nope! Thankfully there is a brand new location closer to me!

Yesterday ordered 3 happy meals got charged for 2 go to next window let the lady know I'm missing a happy meal then she lets me know i only got charged for 2 so i asked her to charge me for another one instantly attitude changes no negative and gives me a bag with a 6 piece and I'm like mama i need the whole happy meal she got me the happy meal get home and to find out one of the happy meals was missing the cheese burger thank god that with her attitude she gave me a extra 6 piece if not i would have had to go back and today this morning my husband goes to get breakfast get home missing a sandwich like hello the window person needs to do there job better you just don't hand out the order without checking that everything is in there ASK ASK TELL PEOPLE
