Last couple times they’ve been very short with the variety and toppings. Almost nothing good to pick. Just left today and there’s less then half ice cream selections. Keeps going downhill. Won’t be bringing my family back anymore.

This was my goto yogurt spot for the family. At least once a week. My last couple visits I walked out because either it was trashed or very limited variety of flavors. It’s always the same excuse. “They are still frozen”If you’re the owners, I would suggest spending some time in YOUR business. Your customers are telling you in the reviews. Soon you won’t have any.

Explain to me how I drive 45 min to come here on Sunday, and the place isn’t even opened but says on google it’s opened. What kind of business is that?? I watched mad people try to open the door but it was locked. Yall need to do better.

We walked in to an empty place. The flavors were mostly gone or empty. The topping area was a ME! It looks like nobody cleans! Over all gross and not worth it. The Menchie’s on cedar crest blvd in Allentown is cleaner and they have more flavors and they are better!

Most of the flavors aren't even open when you go in. Very disappointing. It would be nice if the daily flavors were listed in the app. Small bowls would be nice too. Not everyone wants a huge bowl. Very expensive per person.
Great place to get a froyo toppings bar. Lots of good toppings. I've been there multiple times, and many yogurt flavors were down or just not being used. Still a good atmosphere and food.

It’s a shame they let this location get so bad. There’s stickers all over the tables, floors and walls. The toppings station is a disaster and all the lids are missing so good enjoy your Reese’s with boogers.

The staff is always sweet so there is nothing wrong with staff. What is getting to me , is the dirty environment. There were little to no toppings in every category of topping their is. The place was filthy from the bottom to the top. Hope they get a bucket and a mop. Their was trash inside of the refrigerator in-front of the register. Even the weight had residue from someone’s overfilled cup when I put mine down. The counters looked like they haven’t been wiped all day. This place definitely needs a deep clean.

So busy. Can't blame the two workers- they were busy with customers- but they were too busy to empty trash, refill frozen yogurt, empty trash, or clean sticky tables.
