Restaurant could use some updating . There is no bar or alcohol served or hibachi. It seems they did have hibachi at one time as the tables are there but not in use. I would think they could utilize that dead space for a wonderful expanded dining area instead of using it for storage. There is a small dining area with tables and some booths and a sushi area with seating. The sushi was good and they have a full menu with many choices. The decor definitely needs some freshening up as it looks dated and neglected. It seems they do a lot of take out but should focus more on the atmosphere in the restaurant to draw more customers. The location is good but it wasn't crowded and should have been on a Friday night. Not much effort is put into the dining experience which probably explains the lack of customers. Considering this is the only Japanese restaurant in this immediate area it could be a wonderful place to dine but It looks like they don't want to put in the money or effort to improve or upgrade anything. Hopefully they will one day.

Went there and picked up food for my wife and I. Both of us had filet hibachi meals to go. The steak was very good, cooked well, veggies also good, rice was over cooked and on the mushy side. The shrimp also had a very odd taste to them. Everything was very bland and lacked flavor. I ended up re-cooking it in Teriyaki sauce. Most of it was good at that point but what’s the point of eatting out only to re-cook your food? Very disappointed for over $100.

I have ordered from this restaurant for several years. Their filet mignon dinner was one of the best I have had. This past weekend I noticed the filet mignon was no longer there so ordered the steak dinner. It was 60.00 for one meal and I threw in the trash. The meat was nothing but fat and clearly not a steak. Unless they change their menu back, I will never go there again

Ordered veggie hibachi noodles, the vegetables tasted horrible the noodles have a plastic taste overall tasted like it was expired food. Had to throw everything away. Definitely not ordering here again.

Came back to this place a second time since I was in the area again. Food was amazing. Service was great. My boyfriend and my friend loved the food they ordered. This is definitely the place to eat sushi when you are in Allentown!

Best Sushi in the Valley. I have never been disappointed. Clean, friendly staff, competitive prices.

Absolutely inconsistent and terrible I would not recommend this place I can’t even call the food they make mediocre it’s far less quality than that and I’ve tried with them sooooo many times I’m done you should close your shop and stop drenching spicy tuna with hot sauce it’s literal mushy hot sauce no other flavor and the salmon looks old

Ordered on seemles. My 4 peice cucumber hr only came with 1. And the Yakatori was over cooked and very dried. The fried rice was okay, had a slight mushy texture.Response to owner.Yes you called and said it was hang rolled. Didn't say you where false advertising a 4 peice and only sending me 1. 6 dollars for 1 hand rolled cucumber is insane. This response from the owner will show you the type of service you will receive at this business.

Sooooo, everything started well... we stopped in for a quick bite before getting back on the road to Hershey. We ordered gyoza, edamame, Naruto, eel roll, and green tea as appetizer to start. Everything was fine-ish. We then ordered the sushi and sashimi combo which came with 6 pieces of sushi and 12 pieces of sashimi. The plate looked pretty enough... My first piece was very cold- like barely out of the freezer cold. The sushi was OK. However, we noticed something strange about the first piece of sashimi that my wife ate- an odd cut with skin and gristly pieces still on it. It was a piece of tuna and we attributed it to being a sloppy cut and went on to the next piece. The fluke was kind of sticky, but toasted OK. Shortly there after, we encountered the salmon. Gulp. It was very fishy and disappointing. When we mentioned it at the end after leaving the rest of the salmon on the plate, the waitress barely acknowledged our comment and quickly brought the check. Now, I should say that my wife and I LOVE sushi and are not novice to sushi and sashimi. But, If this were our first experience with sushi, we'd likely never try it again. I should also say that we burped the bad salmon all the way back to Hershey.
