Bring your own disinfectant & paper towels to clean your table & chairsPanera is good but.. There app software sucks. Cannot recommend this. Floor was so sticky you could hear everyone's sneakers sticking as they walked. Staff to busy on phones to care or to wipe tables.

Ordered bacon, turkey avocado melt pick 2 and honestly not sure what we got but sandwich was terrible, definitely not toasted and even when we tried to explain it wasn't what we had ordered he just kept saying it was ...he did actually remake my sandwich but it was the same horrible huge chunks of what they said was turkey but definitely tasted like chicken. The broccoli soup was ice cold and for the 2 of us it was like almost $40. I was really disappointed and just kinda gave up but seriously for 1/2 a sandwich and a cup of soup that's just too expensive, especially when it's not delicious.Parking: Handicapped parking is inadequate.

So last night I took my man Steve out for dinner .. he really wanted hot dogs and baked beans . So we get there and lo and behold they don’t have any hot dogs or beans !! So Steve started freaking out like a little bean baby and they kicked us out ! So then I had to take him to a hot dog stand on the corner .. I should have left him on the corner too ! So he got his hot dog fix and was happy but I’m not .. I want to break up with him and then maybe I can go to Panera by myself !!! Love the Mac and cheese Highly recommend Panera but not Steve !!!! Peace out ✌️?Kid-friendliness: Kids act better than Steve

This place is probably fine, but when you pay for a tea and the hot water isn't clear.and has coffee grinds in it, not cool. Hot Water Containers should only ever be used for hot water, otherwise they taste like coffee. And when I told someone they just looked at me and shrugged. Come on....

Walked in at 9am, we were the first customers, ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and the food was ready only at 9.35am!It took them 30 mins to prepare 2 small sandwiches and there was no one else in the restaurant.Super slow!

All Around Terrible... For a $20+ lunch, it was disgusting. I couldn't even eat it. The broccoli mac and cheese wasn't stirred, so there were white chunks of what I'm assuming was unmelted cheese. The bacon turkey bravo sandwich had brown, wilted lettuce, and WAY too much pepper. Treated myself to a cookie, which was crunchy (like eating straight sugar crunchy, not the good crunch). What a waste of money. Will not be going back. From all the other bad reviews, seems like Panera went downhill.

Slowest Panera on planet Earth. Plan on spending a LONG time here for lunch, not sure why I keep coming back, but it's time to move on, especially when I'm paying $16 for a salad and a drink in this economy. Again and again employees making the food at lunch time make almost no effort to get the food out in a timely manner. Yes they are always short-staffed, and yes that's a struggle, but you have to pick up the pace a bit. There is simply no sense of urgency. Hard to believe that in a relatively upscale area that a business could be run like this and you see it reflected in the other reviews here as well.

I went to this Panera at the airport road shopping center and all I ordered was a toasted bagel to go. It took approximately 45 minutes for me to receive my bagel. But the store was extremely busy when I was there and it didn't seem like they had a lot of staff working.

I came in around noon on 11/9 for a quick drink and wanted to place my order at the registers. Ever since just about all the Panera locations moved the charged lemonades behind the counters, it's just more convenient to place my order at the register and have it filled, instead of placing it on the kiosk and awkwardly waiting over the pickup counter for 20 minutes until somebody finally asks me what I'm waiting for.It was pretty busy, so I had no problem waiting patiently at the registers until somebody was able to help me. After about 10 minutes of waiting, one of the associates walked over and said to me "It's too busy to open the cash registers. Go use the kiosk." and ventured off. Thanks dude, but I would've preferred if someone helped me at the register. If I wanted to use the kiosk, I would've used the kiosk. I just left after he said that. However, this must mean that they must've also been denying all cash paying customers because it was "too busy to open the registers" - I gotta admit, that's a super interesting business strategy that I've never heard of before.I don't think I'll be back at this location.
