I ordered an epic stuffed crust pepperoni pizza! I got 2 pepperoni inside each slice of crust instead of pepperoni topping and the cheese in the stuff crust was chewy way too much cheese it was also doughy and did not taste good. The plain cheese was better. Feel ripped off. Costco makes better

On 10/26/2023 I ordered from this location. Now The gentleman making the food was great . smiled , made my order was quick and clean about it. The lady /cashier was on her phone the entire time I was there was TOUCHING The FOOD with her BARE HANDS and DID NOT SANITIZE OR WASH HER HANDS the entire time , She Handled Cash then touched food. The Icing on the cake she Kept sitting on the Boxes that are used to box up the pizza and sides!! How Disgusting is this! And she is sitting on the Part that the Food Touches.! DO BETTER PAPA JOHNS and School your employees on being sanitary ! She didn't even care that we could see her!

It was good before but recently it is very bad. I was loyal customer but my order recently was very bad. I ordered normal cheese and normal crust, and I got extra cheese and deflated no yeast crust. Very disappointing, will visit here in about 1000 years.

Pizza was just straight nasty. Heavy on the cheese. I asked for light sauce, definitely was extra sauce. Over priced. Smh. Terrible
I have to say I really do enjoy Papa John's Pizza but unfortunately they use doordash and other apps to deliver your pizza when their drivers are busy and I do not like my deliveries from those apps!! I had an order for pizza it was over 1 hour late and I never received it so I called the store and they did take care of it. I'm very disappointed in the delivery service from doordash if you order pizza from them and buy them I mean Papa John's please make sure they are delivering with their own delivery people. I had doordash deliver pizza that was over 2 hours late Papa John's did resend the order with their delivery people but if you order from Papa John's or any pizza place please make sure they use their own delivery people again Papa John's did deliver the pizza with their own driver but it should have never been that late with doordash it was just a big mess!! Please make sure you use Papa John's delivery service and not doordash doordash is terrible with their deliveries!!

Love there stuffed crust pizza.Husband likes thin crust.When I was on gluten diet,they have gluten free pizza.Which is really good if not left in oven to long,sometimes they do,other time delious.

Worst pizza ever. We did pick up and it was barely warm. Sauce tasted like just crushed tomatoes, bland!Cheese was barely melted and the whole pizza was very soft. Never will go there again, we just wanted to try it, but we have more choices that are way better! Don’t waste your money!

You call to place an order and the call goes to a call center, now they don’t deliver to so many addresses. I rather get dominos now smh

Order elsewhere. We have been ordering from this store for years. Each time has gotten progressivly worse. Maybe if they stop worrying about upselling and shut up and listen to the customer they could get the order right! Now we were charged 58.00 for 2 pizzas, 1 with bacon and a soda. Wife just paid it with no question because this a hole president causing the high inflation, we just thought pizza just went up that much. We all had surprises like that because of this president! While the phone ordering, LIKE THE 12 OTHER PREVIOUS ORDERS we placed, we asked please make sure you put enough bacon on! We told them everytime we have ordered, the bacon gets less and less. Order arrives with 3 PIZZAS! NO WONDER THE BILL WAS SO HIGH! NO LIE! YOU COULD NOT! Repeat! COULD NOT TELL THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE PLAIN PIZZAS AND THE BACON. I ate 3 slices, my wife ate 2. Next day for lunch she ate 1 and i ate 2. We talked! Amazingly we could count the bacon pieces on 1 hand from all the slices put together! When i was trying to figure out which pizza was what you had to almost use a magnifying glass to see pieces of pink of 1 or 2 pieces of bacon above the cheese! I am not lying. If you look close, maybe, just maybe the center 2 inches may have had bacon. We called and complained and the comp us 3 pizzas. Big deal! DO YOUR JOBS IN THE 1ST PLACE. I AM DONE! GET PIZZA ELSEWHERE. THEY are STEALING FROM YOU THROUGH THE TOPPING. EXTRA $$$ for a teaspoon extra! Im not trying to get a pizza flooded with toppings, but i do want to find them an taste them!
