Great food. But they have horrible management skills when it comes to busy times. You can place an order a full day before and they still will wait til you arrive to start making it. So make sure you arrive an hour early before your requested time.

Parma Pizza was the best pizza place in the area :( we called to order last night and got mamas pizza?? Parma pizza doesn’t exist anymore?!?! Mamas was horrible in comparison!!! So disappointed. Parma pizza please come back!!!!!!!

Very underwhelming, have given this place a chance on a few occasions and the food quality is just not there. I recommend multiple other pizza joints in the area over this one.
Called for a deliver and the manager picks up, so I asked the manager to deliver to my house at the front door (a 2 family home) and he said what are we suppose to go, thru the window! Manager needs customer service training! WILL NOT BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!

Stopped in an hour before closing and the owner looked really happy to see us. we ordered a couple slices of pizza And a pepperoni stick. He even asked if he could a a slice in to smaller pieces for my little girl.
