Honestly, it was an awful experience. Every single table and bench was covered in food and grease, and half of the tables are falling apart. The cashier was kind, but had no idea how to enter a gift card. He called his manager who also didn't know. When we got our food it was good, and the employee who handed it to me was very kind as well.

They're always so good to us here. We live close by so I can just walk there for in store pickup. They always make sure everything is right before handing it off including sauces. The employees just seem to care more than your average fast food type place. Usually arrive like 5 minutes or so after the time they tell me to show up and it's always ready.

I would give this place 0 stars if i could! Inside was dirty even the carpet was so sticky if felt like velcro. After waiting in line 20mins the manager came out to rudely inform us that he decided he was not going to take anymore orders because he was busy. He didnt even give anyone a choice to order even if it would be a long wait. When everyone in line complained he then got a even nastier attitude and told to people to leave, when we asked for his name he said he doesnt give his name. Worst customer service i have ever seen. All places get busy but it is completely unacceptable to treat your customers this way. If you do not like your job or working to serve customers then find another profession! I will NEVER go to this location again.

Where is 0 stars ? How can this business have such a disrespectful manager running this store? I’ve been working with doordash since the company began I come to this restaurant quite often at least 1x a day some days several times and today the unexpected happened. First the restaurant after requesting a dasher, calls the customer to pick up the order which wasn’t an issue it happens. It was how they handled it after that even now 1 hour later I’m still crying & boiling just in disbelief. For DD to cancel the order they have to confirm with restaurant so they’re calling them & they wouldn’t answer. 20m later I walk in and let them know, hey can you pls answer that’s DD trying to confirm, they just ignored me & the phone. 25m later dasher finally cancels the order but I’m so upset with the drive costed me 30m. I go in to ask for the manager he runs up immediately to kick me out saying it’s ok in response to my question why they ignored phone for 25m. Tells me don’t come back, I say that’s crazy & leave to then see him taking picture of me through the window as I’m getting back into my car highly upset ? What kind of manager is this ? How was this even possible ? It’s really crazy beyond belief I’ve never in my life experienced anything like this in my life !!!

I had very good experience. My food was ready in less than 20 minutes, and tasted great like always. A younger man took my order the receipt says his name was Zachary, he did a good job explaining to me the different versions they had of the big dinner boxes.
