I ordered 4 pieces of dark chicken to take out, as well as coleslaw and and mashed potatoes.The chicken was tastless and dry. The bones were black. Possibly frozen before cooking.Service was quick. Coleslaw and potato was ok,Not the Roy Rogers I remember.Will never go back.

A bunch of kids that haven’t learned customer service yet. Cell phones and socializing are priority. Cold fries and chicken tenders that should have cooked another 3 minutes. They reluctantly dropped fresh fries for me. Waited 15-20 minutes for fries.

I was excited coming to try this place I never had it before and it a very bad decision I made for one the food is over priced for just two pieces of chicken is 8 dollars after taxes but I added mashed potatoes boy I tell ya I got a very bad case of food poisoning I'm sitting on the toilet now making this review usually before I go to a place for food I look over the reviews I really should of did it here they are terrible the food must of been setting out all day I will never eat there again

Ate at roy Rogers Warning FALSE ADVERTISING half the food has images of stuff on the food you cant even get such as bacon on the gold chicken or it looks like a meal but it isnt such as the roast beef sandwich showing fries in the image,i got a mac and cheese my mac and cheese wasnt even a mac and cheese it was basically a cheese soup with macaroni in it plus IT WAS COLD im convinced that this place has nobody who even knows what they are doing my chicken sandwich was lukewarm like itd been siting out all day also my sandwich was crushed like someone sat on it

Grilled chicken sandwich seemed to be still squawking or crunchy with ice.. Ms behind the counter was pleasant and we have another one that seems to be warmer but still not warmer than the outside air in Dec. ?♂️ ✔ the box if desperate for food.

The Rt 476 rest area Roy Rogers is not representative of some of the real brick and mortar stores. I was traveling thru Hagerstown, MD and ate at one there. Food was great and I'm really picky. Real roast beef sandwiches that blow arbys away. They made a real chocolate milk shake in front of me. Milk, 4 scoops of ice cream and blended. Still wish the remaining stores would bring back the complete menu I knew as a kid in the 80s.

Cashier didn’t give us the receipt and didn’t tell us our order number just called us by saying hey, chicken was dry and super tough like it’s sat in the hot window for 30 plus minutes before I got back into the state, food in prison was better than this wouldn’t recommend this for anyone just get something from the 7/11 honestly will give someone a heart attack with this food. Service was terrible the employees don’t care and you can clearly tell

I used to love their food. Now, it's not good. There was a whole pile of chicken just sitting there under warmers!! Probably sitting there all day. I should have known better to walk away right there. For the outrageous prices paid anymore for food, EVERYTHING should be made to order and piping hot when served, NO EXCEPTIONS! I'll wait 15 minutes if I have to for fresh hot food. The mashed potatoes were "warm" and the chicken since sitting was room temperature. My sister ordered mozzarella sticks, and once again, room temperature! Who wants room temperature mozzarella sticks??? They're supposed to be hot right from the fryer and gooey melted cheese! And they forgot the marinara sauce, so had to go back to ask for it. I do not recommend. Very disappointed.

Worst Roy Roger's I've ever been to. Bad enough this was the better selection of terrible food and to get told you cannot order what you want is absolutely ridiculous. Get rid of this place and put something better in the plaza. Hell McDonalds would be better than this sorry excuse of a business. Literally EVERY single other Roy Rodgers has no issue with charging me for extra pieces of fish, but that's apparently too much work for this location.
