I’ve been here a total of 4 times.The first time I had the absolute best milkshake I’ve ever had.The 2nd time - trash3rd time - entire experience was terribleToday - I just cannot continue to spend my money here. The service is terrible, the employees are speaking to each other unprofessionally (cursing) while the customer is at the window.And I finally had it with attempting the milkshakes. It makes me so angry because I am such a foodie!! I asked for a Peanut butter shake and was given a vanilla shake with HUGE chunks of peanut butter that could never be slurped up the straw. Nobody bothered to mix it in. Just pathetic at this point how Sonic’s in other states are usually such a great visit and this one is more than usual a nightmare. ?

I paid for two quarter pound double cheeseburgers, each had one patty and two tender wraps with extra toppings, there were no toppings. The girl at the window looked like she was on a substance, so please Check your bag before you leave.

Waited for 10 Minutes before someone took our order and forgot about us. Waited another 10 and realized they forgot about all the Sit in orders and everyone else left. Won’t be going back anytime

I had to give a five star rating because while the drive-thru was a several minute wait at the speaker, the service was excellent and delivered with a smile. I did not ask, but my only thought of why there was a delay is that this lovely young lady might have been running the whole restaurant by herself!!!

Footlong coney were cold and bread was stale.Worst part was after drinking my ocean water the bottom has white residue and two hairs.This specific sonic has been gotten so bad.. we have tried to give it a chance but every time the food quality is poor and place is very understaffed, everyone seems like they dont care.They dont take orders at the stalls, they send everyone to the drive thru.This was the final time ill go to this location.

Food is usually good on the rare occasion they get it right. That said the last 4 times we've eaten here we had to drive all the way back because they get the order wrong (always leave something out). On the rare occasion you get your food it's slapped together....2 regular hot dog rolls right out of the package on the foot long hot dogs, sometimes you get slices of cheese, sometimes you get shredded cheese. It's just a mess.Tonight we went there and it's closed. Everything says they're supposed to be open but they're not.Read the reviews. Sonic, you have a real problem here. It's obvious you read these negative reviews. Every one gets a "We're sorry you had a bad experience " response. No, I don't want to waste more time filing a complaint. Why not get on your franchise owner to fix the problems or pull the franchise rights. This place....which should be extremely successful given the location not to mention it's affiliation with Coca Cola Park....is TERRIBLE and is making Sonic look like a complete s%^t show. Really. You need to do SOMETHING.Add another screwed up order. Snowing so we order through Doordash and we only get our sides and they didn’t even get those right even though everything is on the receipt. Absolutely ridiculous. I wish we didn’t like their food so much this place is ridiculous.

I expected fast food going to Sonic but instead got a 20 minutes wait while showing up 2nd on line to place an order at the drive through. To make matters worst they got my order wrong (ordered bacon peanut butter double cheese burger but received only single) and the food wasn’t even hot. The cheese on the tots wasn’t even melted as it should have been. Definitely the worst sonic I’ve been in.Would have been one star however they did give napkins compared to other places
