Ordered ten times iced coffee with cream and class syrup, 2-3 times they always forget to add syrup to me, strong recommend them put class syrup on order paper, not just only vt iced coffee cream 1/2

Great place if they would have a better team that knew what they were doing together. They don’t know how to prioritize certain orders and don’t know how to properly balance the drive through orders and the indoor orders. Indoor orders end up taking more than 8 minutes,And that’s too long already, and They never have new food available or any sandwiches available what’s so ever. Great workers and great people, but they just need to work on their timing and punctuality with the customers. Not saying you have to jump hurdles, just make the coffee on time ??

My fiancé and I went through the drive thru and got two brown sugar oat milk shaken espressos and waited 20 minutes just to receive the worse coffee ever. There was barely any oat milk, the drink was strong, and all the girl had to say was “sorry for the wait” after just standing there watching the baristas make the drinks, instead of helping because they were clearly slow at doing their job. Wasted $16 because the drinks went right in the garbage ?

I normally not complaining about anything but this is keep happening to me i came from the driver throw after I placed my order and paid I told them I’m gonna walk in to the lobby stay inside before my appointment so i get totally different order I tried to handle it was to much i go back to them and asked to change the whole drink for different one and i make sure to noticed them I need my drink less ice light ice and here’s what i get after second time I asked twice to get my drink less ice i was not able to figure out that till i got a couple of sip so I totally get full medium cup of ice with some chocolate almond milk on the topThe team and the girls seem’s friendly but they have to listen carefully especially after second time

Coffee was bitter and cold. Ordering and getting items were slower then slow. Inside counter only had 3 people tending customers. At the prices they get, they need to put on more staff.

My fiancé loves this Starbucks. I’ve reviewed close to 10 of them in PA now (they have a LOT of locations - almost as many in PA as McDonald’s) and one is a favorite. They have fancy nugget-like ice and they make the drink right every single time.Vegetarian options: Starbucks has a slew of vegetarian and vegan options from teas to coffees to cold drinks to refreshers to frappuccinos to snacks and more.Parking: There’s a decent amount of parking spaces. They’re free - no paid parking or street parking nearby required.

Most time, good.One time incident, it was confusing, I try to work it out... At the end, we sholve the problem. Guess all good.If I was treated unfairly, I would've drop more stars down.
