I went in with my family to get sub, the people working there were so so sweet. Bhumi welcomed us with a big smile. She was such a sweetheart as well as the other man working with her. I unfortunately didn’t get his name. Anyways, real sweet people and it was supposed to be a quick in and out but they made the ordinary something so sweet

I ordered a Black Forest ham footlong on the menu it says $8.19 I get to the register it's $10.60 I asked the guy and he says oh that's the old menu.Probably won't come here anymore not the way you do business

The staff was disgusting watching the older lady cough all over a gentleman sandwich and when asked to be remade she asked him to leave. I walked out mid order I will never return to this place!

This subway is AWFUL. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and when you try to use a coupon you get yelled at rudely by the manager. I’ve made a complaint on the subway website about this location but apparently they don’t even reply to emails. I’ll take my money to Primo hoagies, get a better tasting sandwich and way better customer service. The manager Devendrakumar Sathvara- should be ashamed of all the terrible reviews this location gets.

This location does not accept Subway Coupons.. Money is more important then repeat loyal customers. I'm now a Schoenersville Subway Customer. They also know how to say hello with a smile.
Shoul update the real hours open. Limited of everything. This location never accepts coupons.

I visited Subway on Catasauqua Road in Bethlehem, PA on 7/11/23. I tried to hand a coupon to the woman in front of me. The Subway employee shouted “no coupons - no coupons - no coupons”. The customer I tried to give the coupon to said “apparently they don’t accept coupons here” I looked at her and said “but I thought this was Subway” she said “this is Subway”. I said “yes I know but why don’t they accept coupons? Unless they just have the coupons printed so that customers shop at there establishment hoping to save money but end up frustrated and pay more when they find out the Subway coupons are not accepted at the Subway they visited.The employee was putting BROWN lettuce on the woman’s sub. She looked at him and said “the lettuce is brown”. He just continued to put brown lettuce on her sub. That was when I said “I am out of here. You don’t accept Subway coupons even though you are Subway and you place brown lettuce on your subs!”Because of the way I was treated by the owner and him serving brown lettuce. I will never buy Subway’s subs ever again!Subway is losing tons of business. Everyone I talked to told me that they had similar experiences at different Subways that they shopped at and will never go back.

Every single time I go in there with a coupon I get denied more and more. I went in there one time asked for chicken I was told it doesn't cover it I got turkey. The next time turkey apparently wasn't covered even though I got it last time. Finally today she just outright denied the coupon at all. I would recommend going any place but here.

We wanted to use a coupon, but the lady (I assume the manager or owner) wouldn't let us use it on the sandwiches we were ordering. The coupon only mentioned a couple exclusions, but she said that we were only allowed to use it on like four of the most basic sandwiches on the menu. She wasn't very pleasant about it either. We decided to leave and go to the Subway on Hanover Ave. instead and ended up having a way better experience. The Hanover Ave. location has different management and the people there are incredibly friendly and gladly accepted the coupons. I definitely recommend going there instead of the Catasaqua rd. Location.
