Disappointed in this location unfortunately.When we stopped by, we went in so we could order to-go. We waited about 20 minutes for our order. I know better than to do this, but I didn’t check for accuracy because I wanted to get home to feed the family.When I got home, a whole meal was missing. Waiting for 20 minutes for ‘fast’ food is one thing, but forgetting / messing up an order on top of it?I didn’t call to complain by the time it was all said and done… they usually just offer to make it up to you the next time kind of ordeal, I’d rather a refund of $11 for the meal lolI love Taco Bell and I hope this location can get it together and become a little more expedited and accurate.

Worst place ever story time the order was not what we ask for we spent almost $70.00 in order and we didn’t get what we wanted ,we spoke clear to the order lady in front of the desk then I had to demonstrate to the supervisor that all the chalupas was with chicken and not with beef wish that was the original order with beef , and the supervisor keep saying the she make all the order by her self laud and with a lot of attitude. Then she went to smoke outside.

Can you PLEASE train your staff on how to pay attention to detail and fulfill an order. I love Taco Bell but tired of them ALWAYS forgetting multiple items. They always forget the con a bites and never put the hot sauces in the bag. Like come on mannn. You got one of the simplest jobs. Just do it!

Ordered through the App to have an order picked up at 5:15pm for a birthday party. When I arrive the pickup section was empty. No staff at register and when finally acknowledged Staff said they'll have to check again. I proceed to wait for 45 minutes for my order while they hastily try to prep in back. Asked to speak to manager and received my order at 6:03pm, almost an hour late. Manager and staff could care less and made an excuse. If your management and staff cannot provide a service as stated then it should not be offered at your location. Cherry on top- order was still not 100% correct, as expected at this point.

While the Taco Bell here is new and clean, I've repeatedly encountered service issues. Even after ordering at the kiosk, I've had to explain my order to staff. On my last visit, it reached a new level of frustration. I ordered three coffees, and it took multiple staff members and 10 minutes to prepare them. To make matters worse, they served them black without informing me about a missing creamer until after they were made. When I requested a refund, the unapologetic and confused response from the staff highlighted their poor customer service.Parking: While there is free parking available, which is usually plentiful, it's worth mentioning that I've noticed a recurring issue. On several occasions, people have been using the parking area as a place to loiter in their cars, hang out, and smoke. This can make it slightly less convenient for customers looking for parking spots

Have people skills, and understanding each individual is very important! The consumer has his/her rights!! The mangers Rebecca and Tina are unprofessional, not trained right and also and not suited for this job. Just had to call corporate again, regarding this matter. You need more individuals like Donald at this location and his skills and training skills and professionalism. I'm sorry. I run a business also, and it's unprofessional how those two managers Rebecca and Tina are.
