This Wendy’s is straight trash. The people working here are rude, and the food is nasty. Our order was messed up, but given the look of the employees working here, that’s no surprise. Avoid this place.

Dietary restrictions: Ordered through the drive-through, specifically noted what I wanted on my sandwich due to dietary restrictions and allergies. When I got home sandwich was not made correctly. Call the store manager on duty was very vulgar and rude. Refused to give name hung up on me three times.Placed call to a different location to get the district managers, phone number spoke to the district manager, Tony, who tried to rectify the situation or so he said! Never made good on his promises. Will never eat at that location ever again. I would stop there on my way home from work quite frequently for my children. It will never happen again. I will drive out of my way to go to a location where I am respected and treated like a human being.

A big piece of Plastic film was in my chilli. I chewed a bit and noticed something strange, and it was a plastic wrap or something.I also ordered 2 of the pretzel burger and got a spicy chicken sandwich and a single Dave's burger insteadWorse experience ever!
Worse wendys in area! Mgr sits on her butt outside smoking evertime my husband goes there, they hv doors closed, only drive thru opened, line in drive thru down the block. Past month, few days store never opened at all. Went there last wk for frostys, waited in drive thru 30 min and was told at pay window cash only, ugh.Couldnt put sign up or let u know at ordering. This has been going on all yr. We end up going to Lehigh st, across town. All employees and mgr very nice and respectful. We r going there from now on even tho s 4th st 3 min away. Mgr says she doesn't hv enough employees. I wouldn't want to work for rude and nasty people either!!
