Husband was just at the drive through ordering food for us and the chick taking orders was super nasty and didn't hold her tongue in saying OMG after telling my husband his total before he could even finish his sentence. When he would continue his order she kept saying OMG. Even though he expressed more than once that he was not done with his order. Maybe this chick does not want to work delivering such horrible service. and we were given food with missing sauces and utensils. I've always had great experiences at other Wendy's and I decide to go to this one and I was so disappointed! Do better!

The manager was screaming cursing and the drive through worker was cursing so bad family with children walked out behind me please it's Friday night 800 pm March 29 fire them bad atmosphere for people and behaviors especially around children

we went to wendys and ordered everything with a sprite, when we went to the next window we noticed that we were missing a sprite before we left so we told the worker can we get our sprite. The woman says no that they didnt put a sprite in our order, we were confused because we said it loud and clear and everything. we were going to give them money to pay for the sprite again and the woman said they cant take the money upfront.. how can u not take the money upfront if when we wanted an extra pink lemonade and she gave it to us. so we were confused mind you the amount of attitude this woman had, even when we were ordering they made us wait a whole like 8 mins when we kept saying “hello, hello” still no answer till they did. when we arrived home my little brother was eating his chicken nuggets and he found a spicy one and ate without knowing which was also bad and made this seem like everything was on purpose. never going here again.

Would rate it lower if I could. Every table was dirty and took a long time to get our food even though we were the only ones in the place. Staff finally gave us our food after about 7 minutes and it was cold and old. Staff was loud and obnoxious in the kitchen while we sat there and ate our horrid, old, cold food. Just close this location. You make baby jesus cry.

Think the franchise owners need to get off their azz. Parking lot is always full of garbage. Other Wendy's never have over cooked burgers like this place Kids working there sorry to say the greasiest looking kids I've ever seen. Btw. The bathroom is disgusting.. No wonder there is two other drive thu food establishments in the same parking lot yet Wendy's is always EMPTY. franchise owner should be humiliated. That this is well known by locals. Don't vist this place. Gas station down the block is more sanitary

We came at 3pm on a Friday and were one of two dine-in customers. The place was absolutely filthy and run down— sticky floor, broken booths, scuffed chair legs to the point they were black, soda machine out of almost everything, dirty tables, no napkins in the condiment station, etc. The staff were slow to take and fill our order, and the cashier opened both of our sandwiches, to presumably check the order… which would have been welcomed, had they both not just been made in front of him, and if he had washed his hands!!! Also none of the longer-haired staff wore hairnets. Just overall a gross experience

Very unfortunate to have workers here who absolutely don't care about customers. Customer service should be priority. The MGR actually hung up the phone on me. Another employee laughed and hung up when I called back. Stated they don't have to share their names. All because they messed up my order and I complained of chilli tasting weird. Mgs actually said that's the same pot of chilli we have had all day and it's full to the top. Really. I wonder why. Unbelievable. Will be calling cooperate next.

Do not order from this store, it’s extremely unclean, the staff doesn’t seem to have any care for their job or customers. There have been multiple occasions where the staff has handed my order to another customer although it was specifically a pickup order through DoorDash. THEY SIMPLY DO NOT CARE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!

Needs to be bulldozed with the people inside ! No one in restaurant except employees. 2 employees outside smoking at front door , employee parks in spot in front of door, no towels in men's room , no napkins on counters had to ask for everything. Place is dirty as hell and employees standing around . It's 5:25pm and no one eating here but us , scary ! Please do something ! P.s . Fries were cold !!!!!
