Employees don’t even check if the delivery driver pressed “picked up order” on their behalf. Highly irresponsible, I literally just got my food robbed over a big back delivery driver on the Uber app. Let me add my two cents about every Wingstop in LV. They’re ran by mostly kids who touch food and get back on their phones with a whole OPEN KITCHEN. love the food, never the workers. They treat you like as if you’re the reason they sat down and voluntarily applied for a highly fast paced job.

Worst ghetto wingstop EVER, I had a E Gift Card that I wanted to use for my pickup order and young lady didn't know how to use it so then the so call manager named Megan was rude and kept saying there system didn't accept e gift cards which was a lie she didn't even bother to call her boss or make Any effort to complete my order and not lose my business or throw the food away. I eventually went to the another location and they happily accepted my gift card and the manager there says that Megan should have accepted my gift because they all have the same system Megan was just being lazy and rude. If I was the franchise owner of that ghetto wing stop in Allentown 16th and liberty I would Fire her for losing customers and money towards my business ?

Out of the few Wingstops I have visited in the lehigh valley, this spot is by far my favorite. Besides the food being great all the time, their customer service is 10 plus stars at all time. From the cashiers, to the cooks, to the management. It is always a great atmosphere while ordering and receiving your food. That team of people are wonderful!!! Oh and the blue cheese is to die forrrParking: Don't parkin the fire zone because you will go in for a ten piece and your car will be gone. So just park in the parking lot spots. The plaza owner doesn't play and his tow people are like the avengers ijs lol

The Bear, DE location is the worse. That location is not good. They front of the store doesn’t look clean, the glass door is always filthy with hand prints and smudges and the sidewalk outside the door is black from dirt and it’s never cleaned. Then when you go inside all the people working appear to be young teens on there cellphones and sitting on the counters where food is supposed to be prepared. I was done with this location when I ordered wings with dry rub seasoning and when I got home which is roughly 5 minutes away the wings were swimming in grease. They never drained them and this caused all the seasoning to be in the grease sitting at the bottom of the container and leaked through the paper bag, luckily I have floor liners in my car. Grease as everywhere. This is not a good establishment. These places hire a bunch of kids that don’t take working seriously. Never again…they don’t even realize how they lose so much business. The owners could care less they just need someone to run the place.

Waited an hour and a 45 minutes for 6 wings. I ordered in the store and seriously had to stand there for an hour and 45 minutes. I am not exaggerating. Meanwhile, 16 doordash drivers came and went, other customers came and went after placing orders after me. I am genuinely appalled by the service and atmosphere. I asked politely when it had been an hour how much longer and was flat out ignored. They also gave me the complete wrong wings. Made me pay $2.00 extra for ranch and then didn’t include it, thus, forcing me to go back into the place and wait another TWENTY MINUTES FOR SOMEONE TO GIVE ME RANCH. Customers were parked directly infront of the building with their kids running into everyone and screaming. Customers blasting Spanish music and cursing. This isn’t a safe place.
