Missing items from order / rude service. it seems like if there's any issues with your order they like to make it your issue. The food was great, but sadly I did not receive items I paid for and was ignored when I asked about them.
it's been almost 2 months and I've yet to receive my refund. it's ridiculous the amount of times I've had to call/ go on the wingstop website. Your representatives seem nothing but confused every single time I call.. "you will receive the refund in 4-5 hours" "you should receive it in about 5 days" "Were not supposed to say how long"

Been to plenty of wing stops around the country. Had to be one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve experienced in years at this 1. Lazy workers , including cooks/managers, all are individuals who enjoy being on there phones then actually doing there job. I sat and waited for 30+ min before leaving because these guys didn’t give a care in the world. You need to fire them Dudes asap.

This place is pure hell everytime. Everytime I place an order there is always something missing. I never call to complain because I get it things happen. However this time I placed a 40.00 order online arrived still not ready and the place wasent even busy. No one wears gloves I saw one guy grabbing everything with bare hands. When the food was finally done I checked and 3 items missing from my order. I’m asked to wait again I wait and obviously their not reading the recipes because I asked for no season on one of the fries since my kids won’t eat it and now had to wait another 20min while they redid fries. At this point all my other food is cold. Nothing was even offered as a courtesy. I ask to speak to a manager he was kinda rude and not helpful at all all he said was all I can do is remake your food. Ummm excuse me at this point I have waited 1hr already no remorse no courtesy at all was given. I asked for a refund and was told you will see it in a few days. No proof was give to me that it will be done not even a receipt. I said I’m not leaving without proof it will be I need a receipt then I was given one by another guy. Management is terrible and inconsiderate. Instead of offering to return the money and keep the order or here’s an extra something or next time order on us. I also noticed that another gentleman was give a card with a free something next time u order because I’m assuming they also messed up.DONT GO HERE I WILL CALL CORPORATE TOMORROW AS WELL

I stopped in for the first time last week for a quick dinner. The service was fast and accurate and the restaurant was well kept.The fries were really good and the sauce and seasonings that were on the wings were good but the wings themselves were dried out and tasted like they were recooked or something and I feel that the prices are too high for what they give you.

Wings are pretty good. Always so busy we ordered ahead and still had to wait because someone did not complete our order. Made our fries cold.
Every time I order from this place and mind you I always order on line God forbidden you order at the place it self… the order takes for ever. It tells you 20 minutes.. I even get there pass the 20 minutes order is not done or have lost it and. cant find it. It has happen to me 2 times now.When I get there the staff is talking and having a hell of a time back there. No wonder the stuff doesn’t get done. Too bad the food is good my daughter loves it… but I think I will look for another location to go to. I think you should train your staff a little better.

Waited nearly 25 mins for our food and the place wasn’t even busy, just for all of our chicken to be cold. 7 people working in the kitchen, half of them eating as they made the food and the others messing around and on their phones. Bad service and bad food.

If I could I would give this place a 0 staring but I can't I order there for me and my father we dine in. After waiting for around 2 hours might I add she come with a bag to go even though I ordered in after that I open the bag so we can eat there mind you I order a 10 pc comb and 8pc como with season fries and loaded fries so when I got my order there was both fries but there was one container of 3 pc boneless chicken even tho that one was supposed to be a 10 pc buth in the bottom of that said container in the bottom was a 6pc that was not even right. So I told that same lady I had and she said she was going to fix it so we waited again for like another hour and my dad went up and tolk to the lady come to find out the order jusst sitting on the counter no name called or anything so my dad ask to see the manger and he didn't even know what to do all he said was '' uh- uh do you want a brownie" so we just walk out not comeing back here again.
