The worst customer service I have ever received. You order and they don't listen to you but they give you whatever you want. When you try to get them to send you the correct one, they tell you that you have to pay more and that they don't have enough for what you have. It has happened to me several times and that is why I give it a bad review. They don't deserve a second chance and I gave them more than 4.Dietary restrictions: He doesn't care if you can't eat pork because of your religion. They tell you that you didn't tell him the restriction to cover his skin.

OMG! I went to my cousins babyshower yesterday. My aunt ordered a pastelon and lasagna from this place. I have never tasted something so disgusting. The lasagna had no tomato sauce, no ricotta and no beef! The lasagna was just pasta cheese and seasonless CHICKEN. Yes you read right CHICKEN. Pastelon also was disgusting, made out seasonless chicken and dry plantains. What a horrible experience and very embarrassing for our guests. One person said "this belongs in the trash, bland and seasonless". Impossible that this place is still open. This place is a disgrace to Dominicans. BTW I called them and they said no one specified how the lasagna should be made, but it is common sense. I wish I could give 0 stars but no option for that. Please don't order from this place.

The service at the place is terrible... the food was cold, and the customer service is not to be said... there are also no chairs for the children so I was very uncomfortable. No one came to my table to ask if I wanted anything else...in fact, there weren't even napkins on my table.. In aggregation little engineering ??♀️1/10

Horrible service... I called ahead for two Cuban sandwiches, I got there ten minutes later and asked about my order and they said they needed to make it. Ok no problem I'll wait. After two long lines were attended I asked about my sandwiches and the lady said oh yes they'll be out, with a condescending smile like "ops we forgot to make it again". I didn't rate the food because I didn't try it, I just left so it wouldn't be fair.

The three times I tried this place, were very bad experiences. No greeting from the servers. Their attitudes are bad, they seem mad all the time. Stuck up chicks. Also the food was cold all the time. I received cold patalios which were fried on the outside but cold on the inside. That’s crazy to me.
